The cost of return

The delivery took days, regrettably the product was the wrong size. It was a really easy returns process, but I wanted an exchange for the other size. I didn't receive a notification of the fact that my exchange was being processed as a return as you didn't have the other size in stock and so I'm going on holiday tomorrow without any sandals.

I Received damaged item. Asked for refund but seller saying I broke rules. Which is extortion. Seller not willing to refund however I will deal with EBay and get my refund because the seller wants to give away used and damaged products to customers and this will not happen. I am disgusted by the seller and will not shop again and will tell 10 of my friends, and tell them to tell another ten friends not to buy from the seller because not received what I payed for and the seller giving me grief via my eBay email. Seller needs to get a grip.

I would never use this company again. I had to raise a PayPal claim to get a refund for the faulty items I returned.

Paid for special delivery should have come by Saturday arrived Tuesday did not even refund extra delivery charge I paid

your custormer service is rubbish. not only was my order messed up which i understand can happen but after 8 emails and 6 phone calls you still never had the decency to call despite saying you would on 3 occasions.i would recomend that people avoid this company.

blamed me for wrong details.order was returned to them without my knowledge and the only time they got in touch after 6 emails and 4 phonecalls was when i said paypal were going to investigate. probably the worst i have dealt with. AVOID

Not very happy. Ordered an 8, my usual size, in wellies. Too big. Exchanged and ordered a 7. Too big so sent back and ordered a 6. Have never worn a 6 in my life. The wellies should come with a warning that they're very big. Shuperb wanted to charge me £3.50 for the second exchange - a third of the cost of the wellies! So I told them to get lost and that I would never buy from them again. The best on-line sellers do free delivery and returns.

I am very disappointed at the customer service. I bought a pair of shoes and after less the 6 months they had fallen to pieces, I would have expected some refund I didn't receive anything. Very disappointed.

I wore the shoes for 2 hours and the stitching on the left shoe started to split very badly. I was very left feeling very embaressed and hummilated by two holes either side of my shoe. I had to walk around with my shoe in that conditation. To make matters worse i was at a wedding and found myself sitting in the corner hiding my shoes. Thanks alot guys for spoiling my day. I would never for the rest of my life be buying anything from you again or recommending you to anyone i know.

Ordered Birkenstock sandals, they didn't arrive in the time scale. I noticed that the dispatch symbol on my purchase had not been highlighted to say they had been sent. So I opened a not received item case and requested delivery, instead the day after I received a refund with no communication or explanation as to why I had not received my order.

Hi The email that I received from shuperb is extremely fague, and lacks any details. What did I purchase from shuperb? I cannot be bothered to look back through all my emails to find out what I bought from who therefore you need to actually put in some sort of content into your emails, this alone means my rating for shuperb is Very Poor, in fact if their was a button that was Extremely Poor then that would be the rating I would choose lol. thanks

takes too long to process returns .Had to pay to send back to Clickwise £2.85 .Still no refund to my account despite boots being received by you last week .. My phone does not recognise your number , no one replies to 4 e-mails , Chat with James usually helpful but I think he's lost interest today . Cannot reccomend . L Tedstill

I would have given this company five stars, except for one very important factor. I bought the wrong size sandals for my daughter and I wanted to exchange them for the correct size. However, while the shipping cost to receive the shoes was nominal, less than $20, the shipping charge to return the sandals was $130, which was significantly more than the cost of the shoes. Shuperb clearly has a deeply discounted shipping arrangement that they do not extend to their customers for returns, nor do they honestly disclose this fact in their listing information. I asked Shuperb if they would issue the shipping label from their end and I would pay that amount, but they said no. So, I am stuck with a pair of shoes that are too big. Had I known that, basically, their shoes are not truly returnable or exchangeable I would have never bought them in the first place. Buyer beware. I learned my lesson.

My order has failed to arrive at all. The company has refused to accept any responsibility. Their policy says a signature will be required on all their deliveries. Yet there is no delivery and no tracking number and no card with me or any evidence with the post office. They claimed the post office service is incapable of doing their job. I have not been offered a refund or a replacement and I am considering filing a dispute through pay pal.
