Very disappointed with the service. I was promised next day delivery which I based my order on as the shoes were for a special occasion. This did not happen and I still await delivery.... Today Friday and order was placed last Tuesday. I paid for next day service, the shoes when they eventually arrive will no longer be required and I understand that I will be charged a further £3.50 for the privilege of returning them. Awful service.

I bought Lucini Aldric chukkah boots from Shuperb. Within 32 days of normal work wear (as a school teacher) the rubber sole had completely removed and the wooden heel below was worn down to a shocking degree. I sent Shuperb photos and after consulting with Lucini they told me that heel wear was not classes as a manufacturing fault. Poor, poor quality. Buyer beware!

I ordered the shoes on the 3rd June and have still not received them. I originally wanted them to go my sons address in manchester but they said no. Then the shoes went to Manchester then back to Superb. Then they said could deliver to Manchester address Don't seem to be in control. Also when phoned them told me the o reference number on the email was wrong. How are we was customers to react to something they have done.

i have given this rating because of the service (or lack of) that i received, but to be fair the product i bought was fine and just what i needed for my grandkids, its the postage service and after care customer service that let you's down, when you advertise Express 24 hour delivery (in my case wed 1st june) i expected and needed it by the advertised date but instead i received the FREE standard delivery which was advertised as THU the 2nd to FRI the 3rd of june i received my order on THU 2nd therefore i've paid you for a service i did'nt receive, so when i asked for my postage to be refunded it was'nt and whoever dealt with it did'nt seem interested at all, so come 7 o'clock Wed night i had to rush out to manchester city centre to buy 2 more pairs which i have now returned, i have contacted ebay and am awaiting their reply, if you want to contact me to discuss the matter my number is 07864828668 Steve

Dishonest returns policy. Clearly states they pay for return postage above £20 but they do not. I had to pay postage for returning my shoes which cost £34.99.

Prices on website were not displayed inclusive of VAT, contrary to Shuperb's written policy. Shuperb customer service refused to rectify issue as requested. Items were packed poorly for shipping--shoes arrived damaged in crushed shoe boxes. Would not order again from Shuperb.

We received the wrong order, and the customer service that followed was terrible, we spoke to a person called ........... we will leave his name out for fear of him being in deep trouble, who was rude and arrogant towards us, he was in no way intereted in us as customers, we will never use this company again, very poor seller.

Disappointed with the service as I ordered a new pair of Muckmaster boots for my husband as he was called away with a search and rescue team of which he was a member. Paid the express delivery cost with a plea for the boots to arrive within two days - they did not, so my husband had to spend 6 hours searching on beaches and rocks with a hole in his boot. The boots took 4 days to arrive, not good enough. I would have ordered through Amazon (much cheaper, note!) if I hadn't wanted express delivery which I was promised by a Shuperb employee. Thank you shuperb, my husband's feet were not only aching by the end of the day but soaked through and most uncomfortable. Would not order with this company again. They have, it has to be noted, refunded my express delivery charge and a small (and I mean small) recompense for not fulfilling their promises. As I said before, not good enough!

I ordered a pair of boots and paid for express delivery. Sent on Wednesday but did not arrive until Saturday even though I was assured 24/48 hour time. Requested a refund because of the lateness of the delivery and they've still not refunded me. Staff were polite but fairly unhelpful. Left feeling like I will not be buying from these people again.

Do not deal with this company; they invite you to choose custom options when ordering, but fail to indicate, that any custom options completely revoke your right to return any footwear that may not fit?. they have failed me badly without any form of offer to return. I have sent the goods back to them, as they are useless to me, and now they want me to pay them to have them post the footwear back to me, or they threaten to dispose of them. How can I possibly recommend a company like this?

Ordered a pair of shoe trees, size 9 which was confirmed and I receive the despatch confirmation the next few days. On the day when the product should have arrived I get a call saying that when they dispatched the product they found a size 10 inside. Had to go for refund which was fairly quick but it is still a mistery how the ordered was confirmed for delivery yet they somehow discovered the wrong item

Item was delivered late, considering I paid for express delivery. When I called to request a refund for the express delivery I was told you would need to claim from Royal Mail before I could get one. Still waiting for refund. I shall not be using your service again.

1. attempting to walk on a carpeted surface with the shoes I purchased from shuperb felt like attempting to walk on an ice rink! 2. shuperb's process for returning items is pound for pound the worst out there and by far the most cumbersome and frustrating thing I have ever had to do since attempting to watch youtube on a dial-up

I purchased a pair sketcher shoes from shuperb, the shoes arrived minus the memory foam insoles, I had to return them but shuperb insisted that I had to send photographs of the shoes to them before they accepted that I could return them, photograph to show that the memory soles were missing. Why should I have to go to all the trouble of sending photographs of the shoes showing that the memory foam inserts were missing, it was a black and white case, the shoes should have NEVER been dispatched to me in the first place, they were never checked before they were sent out totally their fault and a lack of quality control on their behalf and inconvenience to me....... I did eventually receive a replacement pair of sketcher shoes but there was not a letter of apology or reason why the shoes were sent out to me in the first place minus the memory foam sole inserts, i will not be using shuperb again for any further purchaeses of shoes !!
