Very poor service I am not happy with your service, because you are promising on your Email and you doing some thing els, You force me to refund my item and to deduct 20 present from the sale amount as you said on your Email after I agreed you deducted more than 20 persent this is not good for the Business check my Email reply and please refund me the rest of the amount as soon as possible. thank you Hassan

The shoes came and the shoe was labeled size 8 and they we're moor like 9 s very cheep looking I wanted to send them back so I asked how to do this the man said I was responsible for returning or a replacement I don't trust the size es and will be out of pocket Due to postage fee I was sure it was free returns but I am very interested happy at the product and of you Carole Wolfendalethey are wrong sized again I posted them off for a refund and never will I buy of you again as I'm out of pocket

i ordered a pair of boots on ebay an did not get the boots i wanted.i could not get any satisfaction from customer services. i still have the boots which i shall never wear..

Sole split from Dr Martens shoe after light use. Customer service said that time since purchase equals wear and tear even with light use. Be careful when you spend your money with Shuperb. Stick to the High Street and get better customer service

No idea what these are like because they were not actually delivered. Received an email from their couriers 'confirming' they had just delivered the items to me, on a signed for service. They had not. I assume they've either been delivered to the wrong address or a 'rogue' driver happens to take the same size as me, or perhaps just couldn't be bothered and dumped them somewhere. I contacted Shuperb/Clickwise Customer Service that very day - reported that although the courier said that the package had been delivered, it hadn't and asked them to provide the delivery signature. (The courier conveniently only allows queries from the sender.) All they have done is point to the couriers website which says the item was delivered. I believe the non-delivery is not the fault of Shuperb, but their customer service is nothing of the kind. They were told virtually immediately there was a problem, and the obvious way(the signature, or lack thereof) to sort it out. Five weeks later, nothing. So - go ahead and buy from them, maybe you'll be lucky and get what you paid for, but if you don't, they're no help. Pay your money and take your chance. I won't, not again.

both boots had very obvious damage on the straps and should never have been dispatched in such a condition. I will not be recommending your goods to anyone, as I under the impression was buying from a reputable company and not a second hand store!

Ordered a pair of shoes from this site on 31st of August and they didn't fit so sent back for a refund as no other size available either, got acknowledgement that goods were received back on 7th of September and that my Refund would take 7working day, it's now 20th September and still no sign of my money back! Shocking I will never use this site again!

The item came back to us on 8th September 2016. The order was refunded on 14th September 2016. This means it took a total of 5 working days to process your return. Parcel never arrived. Sent email and told 3-5 working day delivery. Waited the time and emailed again and no response. Telephoned and I was advised sentby Royal Mail and no tracking info. Been told parcel has been dispatched and asked to visit Post Office to enquire if they have the parcel. Feel this will make me look silly. Now had a resonsible to last email asking for my details. All I want is the flip flops I ordered!

I ordered a pair of 4 eyelet Dek plimsolls for my daughter for her Girls Brigade uniform. I specially wanted Dek as I know they are a good fit. I received a pair of no name 3 eyelet plimsolls that are too narrow. If they had emailed me to say they didn't have the Dek ones in stock I could have cancelled but I fèl like I was just fobbed off with them.

I had a very upsetting experience with shuperb. I placed an order, and after the shoes did not arrive on their expected delivery date, I reached out to customer support. Customer support proceeded to tell me that the shoes I had already ordered and paid for were not available in the color I purchased. I wished I had known this before u bought them! I likely won't make purchases from shuperb in the future.

Crap Service! Didnt receive my order in time as there was a mix up with my address! I then had timpay £7 for re delivery which I didn't mind doing, weeks later my items still had not been sent out. So I requested a refund but was not give the full amount. Disappointed with the customer service I received. Won't be order from the company ever again!!!

Ordered some brown shoes and black turn up, called and asked for a replacement asap for our holiday to have another pair delivered that weren't even the pair we had ordered! Then to top it off I'm STILL waiting nearly 3 weeks later for my refund. Never will I ever use this company again.

We paid for extra 1-2 day £4.99 delivery & it didn't happen. When eventually the order was delivered three days it was left on the doorstep so collected by a neighbour who promptly went on holiday. Seven days after they were ordered I eventually got them. In the meantime I had spoken on the phone & emailed the company & they were totally dis-interested to the extent of being rude & offering no customer service at all or apology. A refund for the extra postage at least was refused. The shoes are absolute rubbish.
