“After wearing the boots for only a few times having only had them less than 2 weeks the soles are coming away. Poor quality”

“Apart from the fact that the shoes were not wide fitting the inside finish was poor. The piece of elastic inside the shoe was very uncomfortable. I have to be honest that if it wasn't so much trouble to return them I would have done so. They will be included in my next bag for the charity shops.”

“These shoes are not designed for wide feet. The stitches on the top really hurt the foot inside. I do not recommend they are designed for wide feet as the description says. Not happy spending £65 only to suffer pain on my foot”

“Shoes ordered were 12 extra wide, can't even get them on my feet,the cost of returning both pairs is too high and if I read it right you will only reimburse me for one item any way...too risky to re order”

“Ordered a pair of boots on next day delivery and payed the extra postage on a Friday by Monday still no boots phoned company to be told they don't deliver or work on a Saturday as it's not a working day never got the boots until Wednesday terrible customer service”

“I bought a pair of boots from Amazon who were sold by Shuperb. I live in Ireland so they shipped via a parcel service I use in Northern Ireland which permits me to avail for faster and cheaper deliver to Republic of Ireland. I was away on holidays also in hospital and the boots returned 2 days late outside their UK returns period but I was in the Republic of Ireland. Their customer service was shocking with no flexibility given the fact that I was in Ireland. They refused to refund me, instead issued a credit note. The credit note should have been for £85STG - instead it was for £65.25. They charged me 15% Amazon referral fees and for using their returns label. I will never order from these people again, such an unpleasant experience.”

“I would liked to say the slippers were a good fit and nice and warm but as I have never received them I would not know. The only thing I can say is the amount of trouble it has caused me to resolve this I wish to god I had never heard of Shuperb or eBay on the bright side the slippers I got from amazon made by croft originals although £2.00 more are a very good fit and my brother tells me keep his feet lovely and warm so I guess if you want nice slippers go to amazon and save yourself a hole lot of problems.”

“Item shipped 20 days (!) later i've made my order.Tried to cancel it with no sucess. Like it wasn't enough, still didn't recieved boots. Horrible service, by the way, been waiting for respond via email for a week. If boots won't arrive on 7th february, will ask for full refund via ebay”

“Ordered a pair of shoes, 9 days later they arrived, too big , sent them back for a refund 14 days later got the refund. The process was so slow, (a month to complete)will never buy anything from this company again.”
