I paid for a pair of slippers through ebay but have never received the slippers and the seller and ebay don't give a dam. but I do and so will every body I can tell about it such a sham on ebay the slippers looked great but you cant wear pictures.

Bought a pair of slippers for £20 from Shuperb and they had disintegrated after two days of light use. Emailed twice for a return with no response after over 10 days. Terrible product and even worse service. Avoid at all costs!!

Shocking experience! I ordered brown suede leather shoes but I was sent brown leather shoes. I sent an email to customer service to complain but I was ignored.

To start I received the wrong boots which I had orderd, poor communications, several days to resolve, avoid buying anything from this company would be me advice. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've bought 2 navy desert boots for my sons. Arrived very quickly, my 11 yrs old wears it every day now with his red corduroys/blue jeans..it looks fab, very preppy, he says very comfy to walk in..Thank goodness for that because the returns are a nightmare with this company.. my other sons boots were a very narrow cut, he is 15 and he's growing all the time, but particularly these boots were too tight and narrow cut, straight away asked for an exchange. Emailed, rang, 10 days later I'm still trying to return/exchange the boots, today 2ndJan, still trying!. Lost for words.. Mrs Cameron

Having to revise an initially good review submitted 2 weeks after purchase, due to the total erosion of both heels, irreparable loss of coating to the toes resulting in no water/rain resistance and shredding / breaking of both laces after daily schoolwear for just 3 weeks. They didn't even last a half-term.

Insole in one slipper was too short and blob of glue visible to inside back of same slipper which was still tacky. Had to send back as were Christmas present. Not very good first impression. Will not be buying from Shuperb again

I have thrown them away. They did not stay on my feet. Poor design at the back of the heel.

Shoes sizes completely wrong. There 8 is the equivalent of 10.5!

purchased two pairs off shoes 14 months ago they are now apsolutely useless unwearable sent your company photos not interested at £129 a pair thought they would be good quality but they are rubbish as explained to one of your colleages I purchase a pair of shoes in spain 25 years ago and they are in better condition and I am still wearing them

Still not received shoes , went missing apparently, tracking number did not work , no reply to emails , only got response when I phoned , then promised to get back that day , did not, another phone call , different person who said they would look into it , then an email saying 1 pair of shoes were not in stock would I like a refund and the 1 remaining pair sent , I emailed yes, got no answer , phoned the following day to see what was happening and they said oh yes got your email we will do that then ! Next day another email to say the unavailable pair should be in stock within 7 days did I want to wait until then and get both pairs as I've waited since around the 15th Nov I said yes , still waiting .

Placed order for some boots Nov 17th. Never received a dispatch email so on Nov 23rd chased my order. 2 days later I got a reply saying that they don't have my size, but they have the next size up if I'd like to try those. So I replied same day to say yes please. Then 6 days later, today, they decide they don't have that size either. Absolutely pathetic. Let's see how long my refund takes now eh. ????

Terrible TERRIBLE company. Bought some dunlop mules from this company through eBay and paid in full. Shuperb told ebay that they had shipped the item. 3 days later Shuperb emailed my personal email asking for an additional $18AUS postsge even though I had already paid everything required of me through eBay. I have requested a refund as they wont ship the item without the addiotional postage fee and they have ignored my request. It's currently in ebays hands. AVOID AT ALL COST BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered a pair of boots via their ebay page. They were apparently delivered but I never received them. Contacted Superb to ask advice, very rude customer service didn't want to know as they said Royal Mail had delivered the item. Royal Mail don't want to know either so I am left £60 out of pocket and don't have any boots. Nobody wants to help and I feel very upset and frustrated. I work in retail and would never dream of treating a customer like this, especially a new one.

Placed order on Sunday but received no despatch email. Called Wednesday (today)and told that they did not have the item so would issue a refund (another 48 hrs). How can they get away with taking money when they don't have the item. Apology just not good enough and very disappointing for my Daughters birthday on Friday

Marked as dispatched with tracking number. When asked why not received told out off stock and offered a cheaper boot for same price...scammer alert company!!!
