The first time I bought two pairs of boots which were deliver two days later on express delivery. I like the shoes so I decided to purchase another pair. It’s now more than 10 days I have not received my order. Good shoes but awful delivery. The business delivery system is letting the business down. I’m not satisfied with your service.

Gift wrap option was poor, oversold, missing any ribbon as it should have and wrapped in some pretty standard supermarket stuff. Slow delivery.

Absolutely fuming from this company/service. I ordered a pair of boots which didn’t fit so then ordered a second pair and when I received them they were the wrong ones. I’ve sent them both back on the same day and received 1 refund but £10 less from the price I payed. I will never use this company ever again!

They sent me the wrong size shoe and it took me two weeks to get them to send me a prepaid return label after getting eBay to step in.

I have not received my order and e -mailed you but you just said get a hold of your post office not helpful at all will be taking it further if I don’t receive my goods soon

I wore the boots for a couple of hours and it was apparent they were not going to break in and soften up, incredibly uncomfortable. I was told by email by someone called Jamie that as I had worn them I wouldn't get a refund but he still said to send them back at my own expense! What's the point in that? I had to wear the boots to know if they were ok or not. Lesson learned, go to high street shop and try them on and buy when certain they are right. I now have a good pair of much cheaper work boots from a proper shop.

I ordered the slippers on 26th nov for my husbands birthday on 3rd dec, according to royal mail tracking they were out for delivery on 1st dec but then marked for return to sender as house of slippers had failed to include my house no. on th parcel. 2 emails later re the slippers and still no reply

The boots are fine but i paid extra to have them delivered jn 2 days as i needed them for a specific reason, they turned up 1 day late and i emailed chstomer service and the response was “they will be delivered today”? I asked for a refund on the additional money paid to get them quicker and receieved no response. I wont be using them again

Wrong size received, no urgency to sort this out, really poor customer service from James and Jamie, and very slow to refund once the incorrect item was returned to them. Would definitely not use this company again!

I still havent received my item although it was apparently dispatched on 22nd Nov - i have emailed customer service with no response. Very annoying!! Still waiting for my item and/or response from the support team.

Slippers broke within a week and I'm still waiting for a refund been over a month now.my emails are being ignored. Would never order from them again

Not happy about faulty item response. Info given did not match your terms and conditions for a worn once item. Confusing/inaacurate instructions. Gave up in the end. Will not return and will not buy again from you

Needed boots quickly to replace broken pair for upcoming holiday. Phoned to enquire about express delivery, and was told (on a friday, before 12 noon) that I should receive them on the following Tuesday if I paid for the express service. On Tuesday, I received an email saying they had been dispatched. I consider this to be extremely poor. In addition, part of the reason I ordered from the company was the information in the delivery section that all deliveries within the UK were Royal Mail. As I was to be out at work during the day, I could collect from the local sorting office with relative ease. I think they used DPD in the end. Fortunately, a kind neighbour took delivery, but it was not at all what should have happened, or what I was led to expect.
