“Confusing information about returns. Shoe size excessively large. Cannot change shoe for smaller. Claim in the sale when not clear, simply appears as their normal reduced price. Got my shoe elsewhere.”

“I have no idea what I am writing a review for!!!!!!!!!!!! I have tried to reply to the email, WHICH BOUNCED BACK! “I recently ordered a pair of boots for my son in a size 9. When they arrived they where a very small boot, no where near a 9. I noticed on the accompanying invoice that a sticker had been attached advising that item could not been returned. I had not been advised of this at point of sale and when I contacted the company they would not refund my money. Will be taking this further and will not use this Company in future.”

“I was obliged to accept a credit note from World of Slippers who sent the wrong item and then would not communicate. When I complained I was told I could also redeem this on the Shuperb site. I was unable to access my account there and eventually had to email for help and received a transfer password. Finally ordered some shoes and spent most of the credit. Good shoes, let down by the 'customer is always wrong' attitude in the first place.”

“Disappointed. Bought a shoe but didn't suit. Two other colours in the same range so qualified for a free exchange. Didn't have my size so had to pay postage to return. Will now cancel my account”

“I returned shoes as did not fit. I was sent a conformation that the shoes had arrived and I would see a refund within 7 days. over 2 weeks, no refund. Phoned and they said they had not received the shoes. no answer to email sent. no refund to date. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Order processed told me tracking no which was not delivered to me but someone in Rotherham On calling told my order cancelled due to them finding an incorrect size in the shoe box but didn’t bother to tell me Advised the tracking no they gave me was allocated to another order”

“My order was due to arrive on 23rd April, it is now the 30th and still no delivery. Unable to contact them via email or telephone. Not the sort of customer service I expect from a trusted online seller.”
