Items have been lost in transit and I am not even assured of a refund.

ordered shoes but boots were delivered. After two weeks I have now got a label to send the wrong items back. I still have to package them up at my cost and i have to wait till you receive them back before i get my payment returned.

White plimsols not worn yet but one is torn just below the ankle seam. Good job I only got them for fancy dress!

I had an email from the company saying I could have a 10% discount on my order and was given a code to use at checkout. Code was not recognised. Contacted company and they said they had not sent email. I was happy to cancel the order and then it was the usual game of speaking to someone senior to authorise my discount.

Items purchased were not the color shown in the photo. Instead of being brown they were orange.

I asked for a replacement in one size larger. Unfortunately because the sale had ended I was informed I would not be able to have one. Not because they had run out or stopped selling the product. The only reason i could see for this action is to encourage the purchaser to pay the out of sale price and collect the postage fee. Not very impressed.

Nice looking moccasin, would have loved to been able to get the right shoe on. Poorly designed, the heel of the one shoe was 25 degrees inwards than the left shoe. Shame really. Had to return. Decided on a refund.

Boots are good but service is awful. Paid a premeium to have them delivered early and they where late, emailed and they replied a day later, that ut would be deliveres that day and ignored my question of a refund on the additional delivery charge and also my 2nd email. So ok as long as you dont have any questions or queries after? I wont be using them again.

I ordered the Kensington Edwin Brogue on monday Payed for next day delivery They arrived on thursday. I tried them on it took me about ten miniuts to get them on even though they were my size.I wore them for half an hour to try to break them in,it was impossible. The left shoe was scratched on the toe cap and even Polish would not rectify. As I had tried to wear them as they were needed for a function despite the fact they were late I could of course not return them even though they were unwearable and scratched!! Not happy at all.

The shoes were missing a badge that was clearly shown on your advert and is still shown on the advert on eBay. I was told that the shoes were new stock so not sold with the badge but you still have not changed the picture. I complained to yourselves and i had the above as a reply.I then asked if you could check on the other shoes you advertise on eBay and i would look to exchange the ones without the badge for a different pair than the ones i have but you have not even bothered to reply to this request. Very poor service in my opinion and I look forward to your thoughts ??

I returned the shoes as they were extremely uncomfortable but I have not received a refund for them even though I additionally had to pay for the returns postage.

Returned a sale item for an exchange (did not fit) and was only offered a refund with postage deducted. Not sure how this does either me or the company any good. All they've done is cover the cost of the postage and lost a sale and a future customer. Called to query and just got the company policy line quoted back at me, with no explanation as to why this is a sensible policy. Rubbish service and will never use this bunch of rip-off merchants ever again.

Everything went wrong. To make the story short since January 18th ( 7 days today) I have been waiting for respond from customer service specialists. Horrible experience.

I tried to return a pair of shoes as they were the wrong size. My elderly, disabled mother hadn't been able to tell me that her feet had swollen. I received the shoes on 30.11.17 and posted them back on 28.12.17. I understand the 30 day policy, but I believe I missed the deadline by one day, which was unavoidable over the Christmas period. They were a gift and I was not told that they were the wrong size until the day before I returned them. Now I am told I cannot get a refund. I don't want a credit note, as you do not have the size I need.

Hi, the shoes that got delivered said size 8 (which I ordered) on the sole and box but they where a size 10 !!! sent them back on the 9th Jan as I need them for 20th Jan. Rang your office on 16th Jan to get an update and was told someone will get back to me but still waiting !! Tom

Wrong size sent to me I’ve submitted photos to confirm this and no one came back to me what I do to get a full refund and receive a pre paid returns label the 28 days will run out soon so not happy

Ordered shoes with grip. Shoes were too narrow so sent them back for a refund. Was told as I had added the grip it was impossible to get a refund and they had the audacity to say that if I wanted my shoes back I had to pay them again.
