The moccasins I ordered were advertised as wide fitting, They were not the cheapest but I particularly wanted a wide fitting. However, they are very narrow and can by no stretch of the imagination be considered wide fitting. Shuperp offered a refund if I returned the moccasins at my expense, but the hassle of packing them up and a drive to the post office not to mention the postage cost made this an unattractive proposal. I consider they misrepresented the product and supplied goods that were unfit for purpose. I am now £14.99 poorer and I don't have a lot of money to spare.

How can we give a review on performance from something which has not been delivered and from a Company who does not want to reply to emails You expect the buyer to be potive about your service, or this review request would not have been sent, but cannot answer or advise when the purchase is, after nearly 3 weeks

For the price and the description I expected them to be of better quality. The soles were not good, and were identical to things I have seen in cheap shoe shops, definitely not worth the money, and won't shop there again

Sent for a size 6uk they sent me a 7uk so i said well i will just have to suffer them flopping about on my feet but the first time i put them on they felt strange so i looked at them and to my amazement i was wearing one size 7 and one size 6 ,,just my luck, the Bucket is tne next port of call ,,,Disgusted but some other poor mug has the other pair,,that means 2 customers have been let down not just One.. Not a happy Chappy......

Very, very disappointed ! Ordered item on 1/11/15, wrong item despatched, and reported by phone, also email photo of error. Customer service declined an immediate replacement, until return product was received . Return was despatched 7/11/15, and to date still no info. on delivery of correct order. I can understand the occasional stock picking error, but the customer service in correcting this is appalling. You need to get your priorities right. Brian Rule.

Bought trainers then given refund but no explanation as to why, sent 2 messages to ask why but no response. Then had a message to say they have been despatched,what is going on!!!. The only positive thing in the end was someone did ring me to say they were out of stock, why list as in stock?. Thought price was too good to be true.

I was surprised to be asked to write a review of my experience with Shuperb as I have already reviewed it but was never published. In a nutshell - my order never arrived - the customer service person I dealt with was James. His idea of customer service was to ignore emails I sent to him until I finally phoned him about my undelivered item. His idea of customer service was to recommend I knocked on people's doors to ask if my order was with them. Well it's not my idea of customer service. His patronising manner and couldn't care less attitude compounded the situation. James - find yourself another job - you are wasted there. Maybe the customer service department at Ryanair would welcome someone of your stature.

as i previously emailed you i would never recommend your company to any one product looked nothing like the picture and your size 8/9 just fitted my mother whos a size 6 and you tell me that because the product was under twenty pound i have to pay to return it enough said

The returns system is deliberately difficult as it involves a number of activities and penalises those who do not have access to a printer. The link to the Royal Mail website to access a prepaid label didn't work so will need to pay. Why a prepaid label could not have been included with the invoice, is a mystery. Will not be buying from this company again. Quote from enclosed paper " Returns are easy and free".

It's now two weeks since Shuperd took my order (and nearly £100 of my money!) still no goods, still no contact from them despite telephoning their customer services a week ago. No doubt I'll have to start swinging off the phone to them again this week to find out what's happening. What a strange point in the order process to ask for customer feedback!

Very poor is an understatement , I order shoes over three weeks ago before my wedding day I'm hope that they would arrive in time for my honeymoon , I chased up the order after they still hadn't been delivered after the 5 day delivery timescale and was told there is an issue with the warehouse , I had no prior communication whatsoever and no apology from customer service, very disaapointing. Will not be using this site again. People wonder why the likes of Amazon are growing at fast pace, at least they are trust worthy. Regards a very unhappy customer.

I bought a pair of loafers, when they came they ended up being a size to big. I then returned them in hope for a smaller size but i have not yet had anything back.

I live in Vancouver BC..instead of the package coming straight here for delivery it went to Toronto first? And then from there to here? What a joke, and it's taken forever I still don't have it

First time I've ever purchased from Shuperb. Will never buy from them again! Bought a pair of Yukon Croc sandals that arrived the day before we went on holiday. To my dismay one of the Crocs had a big scratch on the top of the sandal in an extremely prominent position. In normal circs the sandals would have been returned but I needed them for my hols. As a result of photographed the damage and sent pics to Shuperb querying if they would be willing to make some form of gesture. To be honest I would have been happy if they'd offered either a discount of £5 or £10 or a discount off my next purchase. No acknowledgement was received and only after a week and whilst on holiday and a 'chaser' e-mail did I eventually get a response. The big scratch was described as 'general wear and tear' and I was advised nothing could be done. Damaged footwear and rubbish customer service. Please endeavour to spend your money elsewhere.
