“Ordered a pair of shoes, shortly later I received an email asking me to contact shuperb about the order. I rang up to be told the shoes werent in stock. I said ok, is the order cancelled, they said no, the shoes would be available in 10 weeks time! I said it was unacceptable and I would like the order cancelled. They said ok, they would do that. Later I found out they charged me for the shoes and didn't refund me. So I had to contact them again, to try and get my money back. I did get my refund, but I had to ring up twice and wait a week for my refund, over something they simply didn't have in stock. Also the customer advisor, the same gentleman I spoke to on both occasions speaks very unclear and often asked him to repeat himself. I have only reviewed this site as very poor, as terrible was not available!”

“I ordered and paid for a pair of shoes from Shuperb on the 22nd of November 2014. Due to problems with logistics my shoes were "Lost in the post" but I have still to receive any communication as to what they intend to do to rectify the matter. I cannot see how I can be the guilty party in this matter so that is why I am giving this poor review!”

“Returns policy is very unclear. They offer you a "prepaid label", then only when the package arrives do you find that you have to pay for the return. Their terms and conditions do not state clearly that the customer is responsible for the cost of returns.”

“I was told the items would be delivered "shortly" on the 17th of November. More than a week later it isn't there. My money has been taken and I have nothing to show for it. I would recommend everyone avoid this business.”

“I didn't make a purchase.....I tried. The website showed that the goods were in stock, so I paid and waited........and waited.......and.....a week later recd message that the item was out of stock, by which time I could have bought goods elsewhere. Not good enough. Won't recommend.”
