Very unhappy with this company still waiting for shoes 13 days after placing order, have spoken to 2 people in customer services, but there policy is wait 2 weeks till they contact post office, i explained that my contract is with them not the post office, but they state they have there policies, and stick to them rigidly, so they have my money and my goods as far as i'm concerned, not a company to be trusted in my opinion, for me an awful experience Also replied to there email and they have not bothered to get back to me from 5 days ago.

Hi Les, I am sorry to read the review you have left us. We did speak over the phone explaining the situation in regards to the loss of goods. Unfortunately, we do have to wait 14 days before we file a claim as it is the procedure set by the Royal Mail. Despite this, we did try our utmost effort to send another pair to you but unfortunately, we didn't have the item at our warehouse in order for it to be dispatched immediately. (Too late for me, don't make the same mistake) I have read many reviews on this company and think it's ridiculous have there is a excuse from shuperb for the customers who have given any low stars! I have had the worse customer service by them and wouldn't recommend them. Boots don't match the picture!! Poor quality!! Avoid!!!

WARNING!!! AVOID!!! Company took my money and boots! Don't purchase anything from this company they will rip you off like they have done to me and many others! I now have had to take legal action to get my money back, save yourself the hassle and AVOID this company!!! WARNING!!! AVOID!!!

Got the maverick Tommy boots only lasted 2 days the boots split and the laces hooks came out besides that boots was comfortable well for 48 hours anyhow waste of time when u phoned the customer services they wanted me to send them back for repair after I sent them pictures of the problem they refunded me 2 quid to go and get them fixed the boots was in there sale costing 9.99 reduced from what ever price glad I didn't buy them at full price

Size 5 was more like a size 7 and takes way over a week to exchange the size so in the end I just rang and canceled the order because they still hadn't sent me the new size over a week later of exchanging the wrong size , and still had the cheek to say I had to pay the £5 so that would mean if the other trainers were the wrong size I would have to pay another £5 , not happy at all for this mess around and about paying the £5.i will not be using this website again and will let my friends no that to , I may of not been so mad if they didn't charge me the £5 for messing me around .

After 2 days of wearing these boots both soles came unstuck!! I had to glue them as they were my sons school shoes and he had nothing else to wear, otherwise I would have definitely sent them back!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED

This is the first and last time il be ever shopping with Schuperb. I ordered a pair of shoes from Schuperb and they gave me one shoe which was worn and damaged and the other which was brand new. I questioned this immediately only to have a very annoying manager tell me that because I had asked rubber soles to be put on to the shoe that the item was non returnable. They claimed I read there policy but you dont expect to be sent one old shoe and one new one. I sent pictures clearly showing the damage of the shoe but it was completely ignored by Schuperb and they claimed because the shoes were leather they can sometimes crease. I was so angry as the left shoe was clearly an old one but they refused to admit it. £65 for one old shoe and one new shoe, complete waste of money. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone as they don't know what there doing. Totaly disgusted

My order was not fulfilled, disappointed with the substitute item that was sent. No explaination on why a substitute wS sent or indeed of the price difference.

review isn't on the shoes themselves because I didn't get them. I place my order then rang after a couple of days to see if they were being despatched to be told they hadn't got them

The shoes were delivered great..... but also paid for protective shoe spray and this item has STILL not arrived ? This I find is poor service.

The staff were amazingly helpful. I was a bit worried about buying shoes without trying them on. But after listening to my issues they recommended a pair. Because of the confidence they gave me I bought 2 pairs in different colours. The shoes are gorgeous and I couldn't be more happy.

Not impressed with the sizing of product or service. Although the product was exactly what I wanted the size 3 was the fit of a size 6!! The product states unisex, however clearly this was not a size 3 female size and therefore far too large. When I queried this I wasnt impressed with the patronising replies and sent the product back for a refund. However even that seemed an issue - I paid £21.49 and was refunded £12.99 instead of £16.49 (minus the £5 they deduct for postage. When I queried the amount I received the following reply: ' As you recieved £2 discount on your original item, we had to deduct that as well as the £5 for using our prepaid returns label from the original price of the shoes which was £19.99. Hope this makes it clearer to understand your refund.' Needless to say I'm not impressed with the service and shan't be ordering from, or recomending Shuperb to friends and colleagues as you clearly are not Shuperb!!!

After 2 weeks waiting on my order to arrive I contacted the Customer Service, by e-mail, to ask if said order had been dispatched yet. I received a reply telling me my "parcel was lost when it was dispatched", how did they know that and why was I not contacted to inform me of a delay? I was also told one of the items in my order was out of stock and I could either wait on it being re-ordered or if I had another colour preference they would send that instead. Sorry, but that sounds to me as if my order has been overlooked/forgotten and intelligence insulting excuses have been given. A very disappointing and sub-standard service. Oh, my order is still in Limbo.

After only wearing these shoes (IKON Loafers) once, the leather ( which in my opinion is of very poor quality) looked like it had been stressed for about 6 months. I will definitely not recommend any of these products. A total waste of £60, these shoes will have to be discarded. In normal circumstance they ought to be reported to the Trading Standards Office. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed and £60 out of pocket.

Shoes fell apart in 7 weeks - SHUPERB refused replacement or refund, despite "No Quibble" 60-day return policy. Customer service reps took forever to reply or just didn't bother. Ended up having to argue with my bank about the transaction. Awful experience - AVOID.
