Have had no correspondence and did not receive the item so after 10 days I cancelled it, again no email to say about a refund, terrible customer service

The reason I gave a VERY POOR was because I am not aware of fully completing this order, although I am happy to accept it? The reason you will know by now is because I sent an immediate email to you ,[Please check] a box appeared on my screen asking me for details of my Alliance and Leicester Credit Card. ie Password? No way will I give this out and to compound the problem Alliance and Leicester no longer trade and my account is with Santander. I am visiting Santander today and informing them of this occurrance and also trust you will investigate this abnomilly? In conclusion, if you wish I can send you a copy of the offending box, but you will have to allow the facillity for me to do this? I do hope I am not being parranoid over this but to me it is rather worrying andI look forward to an immediate response from you? Reg Tarrant

I still haven't received the shoes I ordered 2 weeks after the 'dispatch' confirmation e-mail. I have rung twice to query, and whilst I have been dealt with politely, the commitments to e-mail and phone me (respectively) once the order has been looked into have not been met. I am yet to find out if I have been charged for the order.

Hi Stephanie, Can I ask how you contacted us in regards to the earmuffs? Our customer services department offer a 30 day exchange policy on items providing they are unworn and can be returned with their original packaging. Best regards, Matt

The ear muffs were of poor quality. Not value for money at all and they are not for adult size either. Should state that it is only for children.

Items purchased via wowcher - cost £5 for the voucher to be redeemed for a £20 item. Had to pay £3.50 per item for p&p as well. Items arrived - poor quality, would not have bought them if I had seen them. I googled the brand of the item and saw them on eBay from the same seller for £4.99 free p&p. Will be reporting to trading standards.

Bought a pair of boots via a wowcher but still waiting for them to be delivered even though I received an email saying they had been dispatched on 28 th November. No contact has been made via the company to say there was a delay. I called on Thursday to ask if the shoes would be delivered the next day. Still nothing . 8th December

I was suppose to get these boots via wowcher but for some reason it didn't accept the code so ended up paying full price. Five days later I still don't have a delivery date!!!

When I received my shoes less than 24 hours after ordering them I was very impressed .Unfortunatley they were damaged so I had to return ,with no prepaid label I paid another £ 8.90 to return them. I had paid in total over £ 12 in postage but did not have any shoes through no fault of my own. Matthew A. Frizzel
