First recipient of one of three pairs of earmuffs I bought was my 5 year old niece. These were advertised as children's/ladies but were very small. I also objected to paying £3.50 per pair for postafe when all three pairs were squashed into one envelope and cost nothing like £10.50 to post - won't be using this company again.

The grey childrens ear-muffs are very well made and comfortable to wear.The pink "Bunny" ear-muffs have a sharp rim around the ear pads and not at all well padded and hurt when worn. I am very dissapointed with this item.

I actually had to request my order be cancelled in whole because after I made my order online and paid I was emailed to say I had to pay postage for each individual item and therefore I would only receive one item until I paid more. Ridiculous. Even if this was reasonable why did the website allow me to make payment?!

I attempted to purchase 2 pairs of animal earmuffs following an offer from Wowcher. Unfortunately I was denied the second pair because I inadvertently tried to get both pairs on the same order and therefore wouldn't pay for two lots of postage. It seems crazy to me that Shuperb would not combine the postage or at least request two lots of postage charges to cover both items on one order. In the end, I only received one pair or animal earmuffs and then had to decide which of my children would get them for Christmas! I also do not believe they originally cost £19.99 each. I have seen similar products available for considerably less money. The dispatch time of upto 10 days is also too slow. Overall, I am disappointed with the product, postage time, postage cost, site usability and communications from Shuperb. Mr. Kellock, Luton.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes, both supposed to be a size 6 (UK), one of the pairs delivered was a size 10 (UK), now have to return the wrong pair which is a hassle I could do without!

Received these shoes for my partner their mens size 6 is a size 8. if they had been a uk mens 6 I would be keeping them my partners Christmas present. Regards Debra Collins

Over a week after I ordered my item it still has not arrived. I would not purchase from this shop again, because they take too long to dispatch compared to other retailers.

I received an item that was faulty. I requested an exact exchange but was asked for pictures of the item I had received. As the customer, I think I know when I need an exchange; I certainly do not need to provide pictures so Shuperb can decide for me. Shuperb never received any pictures and a refund is currently being processed. I may be wrong, but it seems to me that maintaining a loyal customer base isn't a priority of Shuperb.

Ordering and delivery was ok, Purchased one pair of shoes size 8 and naturally one pair of boots size 8 the shoes fitted fine the boots far too big and had to return them cost nearly £10.

The sizing is way off on this boot. I ordered a size 9 and its very small. My sister is a size 7 and a half and her toes were right at the end. I tried these on whilst wearing tights so there should have been plenty of room. Lovely looking boot though - just gutted that they don't fit :(

-Order an sending time was long. -Customer service when doing a return from outside UK is super unflexible. Had to finaly call from overseas because return whas not managable via mail. - Information on return from overseas was poor and misunderstandable. - can´t recommend shuperb

The order was sent to Astralia instead of USA. ANDREMAINED there a week to 10 days. Shuperb was of no help to move this along. Didn't offer to send another pair. Ordering a month in advance didn't help. The shoes arrived two week after the event for which it was needed.
