I've returned a pair of shoes which were too big to be exchanged for a smaller size clearly stating that I was going on holiday on 22/3/16. The shoes were posted to Superb on Friday, 11/3/16 and were received by Shuperb as I got an email confirmation. As no news were forthcoming, I've sent an email on Saturday, 19/3/16 stating that I was going on holiday and if the shoes don't reach me by 22/3/16, they cancel the transaction. Well, I received no notification as yet and hope the shoes wont be delivered after this date as no one will be at home to accept for another month. Very disappointing as I really wanted these shoes for my holiday

I ordered an item and paid via credit card. Later I was asked to pay more for shipping. This should not happen since you knew my address and you could find out how much the shipping should have been. Because of this I canceled the order.

Shoes were ordered and paid for on the Monday. I was given notification the dayafter to say they had been dispatched and to expect delivery by Saturday. They arrived the following Monday. I had to wait in all day not knowing whether they were being delivered by Royal Mail or a courier. Despite the problem, I would use this supplier again.

I had to pay to the return postage on a pair of faulty slippers (stitching failed after a few days wear) before the replacements were sent. Replacement slippers fine but email complaining of postage charge ignored. Suburb have lost a customer.

Advised that shoes had been sent via Royal Mail. Didn't arrive. Contacted and advised that they must be lost. New parcel señor and would arrive by Monday or Tuesday. Next day advised further problem shoes in box are wrong size and that they had no further supply of my shoes in stock. Offered suede shoe instead of soft leather (????!!!!!) Full refund. Only positive was the prompt way that Shuperb dealt with order or lack of order.

The shoe size was inconsistent so was too short. Shoes looked and felt good. However, the returns system is complicated so will not order from this company again.

Shoes arrived were a completely different colour to those advertised on the website. The Customer Service representative I spoke to was as helpful as he could be but ultimately all they could do was refund the item. I put poor as I had been searching high and low for the item in that particular colour for some time, Shuperb looked perfect but ultimately fell short. I couldn't order from them again as what you see on the site isn't what you receive so what's the point. I may as well go into a shoe shop, close my eyes, spin round with my hand pointed out and choose whatever pair of shoes I land on when I stop. Won't be coming back.

Ease of purchasing and return = 10/10 Customer Service = 2/10 I returned my shoes because they were a size too big on the 13th of Nov, it was delivered back to shuperb on the 16th. I heard nothing, so on the 23rd of Nov I emailed asking for an update. I received a short email back asking if I'd like a replacement (no apology for the delay) I responded saying yes, i want size 8. Then I get no response back whatsoever. I called them on the 26th of Nov and asked for an update. I was told they have had delays and the replacement should be dispatched "sometime this week" - so no guarantee. Subsequently cancelled order and asked for refund. Lets see if that goes smoothly! Disappointed.

The size of the item was not clearly described, put in a request to exchange size and as it was below £20 I have been charged to cover the cost - very unacceptable!

I was absolutely appalled by Shuperb's service. I made a purchase that required an international delivery. The whole process was very misleading & resulted in unnecessary delays. The price clearly stated that delivery was included; only to receive another email requesting £10 on top of what was already paid. The assistant spoke to some manager who said I could pay half i.e £5. Till now we haven't received our delivery which was completed on 05/11/15 and was meant to take about 10 days the most. I would use this company with applied caution in future

I had to return an item for a larger size and had to pay an additional £5 cost to Shuperb for posting out new item. This is more than the original cost of postage which I don't think is acceptable. Shopping elsewhere from now on.

The slippers I bought had extremely rigid soles. I thought they might soften up with wear but they did not. They are so rigid, I found them to be hazardous on stairs. Would not recommend

I purchased a pair of Wellington boots. Although the online purchase was fine, when the product arrived I found that the left hand boot had been heavily folded over either for storage or despatch, and as a consequence the boot does not stand up on its own, making it almost impossible to put on as you normally do. You have to bend right down and retrieve it from the floor. IT may eventually recover, but until it does this is a serious product deficiency.

I ORDERED BOOTS WHICH WERE DEFINITELY WRONGLY SIZED, I RETURNED THEM USING LABEL PROVIDED REQUESTING EXCHANGE FOR A BIGGER SIZE AND I HAVEN'T HAD ANY REPSONSE OF ANY KIND.

I ordered a pair of Hi-Tec SILVER SHADOW Men’s Retro Classic Joggers Grey Size: UK 8 as described on the invoice. However, I received a pair of Hi-Tec Silver Shadow II, Men's Running Shoes Grey Size: UK 8. These are not the same, they are neither retro nor classic and not worth the premium I paid for men’s retro classic joggers. I didn't return them because I couldn't be bothered entering into a long argument about the subtle differences between the Retro Classic and the Shadow II. After all, the Shadow II are Hi-Tec Silver Shadow, a good fit and fit for purpose; they just lack the je ne sais quoi. I shall not rush to buy from you again.
