Wrong goods despatched. Replacement took over a fortnight to arrive and required chasing.... However, I commend the Customer Service Team for very fast and considered responses throughout, just a shame the overall service was slow.

Ordered some sheepskin boots for my wife on the first of december, not heard a thing since no email or phone call, what is happening?

Shoes arrived in 48 hours but they were a very large size 10 (an inch longer than any size 10 I own), returned via the post office but after a week still no refund or acknowledgement of receipt. Contacted via email and received an abrupt,unhelpful reply. Customer service needs improvement

I have had these shoes less than a week and the snakeskin pattern has already started to crack and sprain.

The decided to purchase this shoe just seeing the website, where it appears very high quality. However it's just a normal or below normal shoes. The colour is not as shown. I asked for rubber sole and to my horror, that wad just additionally attached with the leather sole, making it more uncomfortable. The leather quality is also poor and the inner sole is just rubbish. The only good thing is its design. So you are paying a high price for the design only.

They charged me £3.50 to return slippers that had been misdescribed by them on their web site. I'll not use them again.

All has been good, but the last pair of shoes were not to a UK size 11. I would think they have been made to an 10 1/2 ie. they are too small. As a mail order company you should insist that your suppliers maintain correct UK size patterns. I will not purchase from you again. Bob@bsccl.co.uk

First of All i must say i Was very inpressed with the quick delivery and Website for buying. But disapointed with my goods .when you pay £70 for shoes you expect A quaiity of shoe beyond what i ordered from shuperb. Have since purchased from jeff banks and paid same cost. And A Quaity shoes have Arrived. Maybe next time shuperb

Tried to buy Birkenstocks using the sizing written on a Birkenstock shoe. This doesn't correspond with the UK sizing in the listing, but nothing in the listing warns of this. So, got the wrong sized shoe by asking for a shoe in the same size as written on another shoe by the same manufacturer. Then got very hostile reception from customer services who said I should have called them before ordering. Eventually was told new stock arriving, so returned shoes and suffered the £5 charge for doing so. Then got told the new stock hadn't arrived after all. Ended up ordering from another supplier and asking for a refund from Shuperb. Not what I call shuperb shervish :(

There was confusion as I had an email saying my order had been despatched but never arrived. In the end I had to call them to find out and there had been a mix up over the shoe sizes resulting in the order not being despatched. However until I rang no-one had informed me, and these were two pairs of school shoes I was waiting for. I was promised faithfully they would arrive on the Thursday (too late for one child) but they did not arrive until the Friday. Again I complained. I was told I could have 10% off my next order! but 10% of nothing is nothing! I would prefer a partial refund on this order. I was told they could not so this and have been offered a credit note. The staff I dealt with were nice, but there lacks pro activity. Both times I had to do the chasing, which is poor show if I've been told twice when to expect the deliveries.

Impossible to put the right address for delivery. No following the postcode of the order, when there is a mistake in the address or calling the person directly.

My order was incorrectly supplied, I ordered brown, order confirmed as such, invoice received as brown being supplied but black was sent. Shoes were needed for an occasion and my location in far north Scotland made return a bon option so simply accepted the fact I would have to have wrong colour.

I was rather surprised when the size 11 shoes arrived & did not fit as I am actually a size 10.5. Then went through the returns process & decided to try for a size 12. A week after I posted the shoes I contacted Shuperb to confirm that they had actually received them - which after some checking they advised that they had. It would have been helpful to have had an email confirmation rather than have me wondering what the status was. When I pressed the person handling my call on the availability & despatch date of the size 12 shoes I was not very impressed by the content & tone of the responses I received.......seemed like I was having to work quite hard to get information that should have been freely offered It is now 12 days after the return was sent off & the replacement pair has still not arrived

I ordered these slippers as my husband has an ulcer on his foot and can't wear shoes. The website state they were wide fittings. I ordered my husbands normal size 8 but the slippers were far too narrow and only just long enough. Although they were of excellent quality for the price, they were totally unsuitable for him to wear. I wouldn't recommend the site fir anyone who dies not have narrow feet.

As i am no good with computers ,i phoned .The young man who tried to take my order was so clueless that told him not to bother and that I would do it on line !! I had to repeat every thing several times and he stil did not get it!.

I would think twice before I used this site again. Free pair of Monk shoe trees with this pair was the headline on the page I was browsing prior to purchasing a pair of shoes. I bought the shoes expecting to recieved the shoe trees but when they arrived,there was no shoe trees. I then emailed with that information.only to be told as I did not request the shoe trees at the time of purchase I would now have to pay postage if I wanted them.This stinks to me. Why can you mislead people like this. Please refrain from sending any more advertising emails.
