The shoes I ordered were massively over sized by comparison to normal UK shoes. Very disappointed. Service has been good so far. Waiting for a refund. We shall see. Would use again if it didn't cost me to send my clown shoes back :(

I had a emai on 11 of june to say boots had been past for delivery nothing by the 20 so I rang and was told the wrong boots were in the box how could they be past for delivery on the 11 dont think I will order again

We quality check our product before dispatching hence the reason why we offered a refund rather than dispatching the wrong item to you. Unfortunately I have never received the shoes or the refund as yet. It seems that you are waiting for Royal Mail to reimburse you before you will refund me. My shoes were lost at the Royal Mail collection office and the replacement order showed up a discrepancy on the stock system and in fact there was not another pair in the correct size. I can't really comment about the service or the shoes until we reach a conclusion. Although I must say a couple of the people I have had e-mails from have been very helpful and courteous.

Didn't have the correct size but instead of letting me know waited until I contacted them a week later after not receiving anything before telling me.

Bought shoes but then got a call a few days later to say they had not been in stock when I bought so order was cancelled and refunded.

When I saw the pics I thought the bag looked really nice. However on arrival very disappointed the bag was much smaller thAn it looked. Really think they should have a model doing the demo, haven't used it at all.

I was disapointed in that we have placed two separate orders, oone for my wife and one for me. Call us old fashioned, but we have always used UK sizes. Shuperb use a conversion factor that results in the foot-ware being too small. This then costs a postal charge in each case to exchange. To be fair, Schuperbs delivery was quick and they have allowed my recent exchange due to being too small to be charge free.

I was disappointed with the bag I ordered. I thought it was much bigger in the picture than it was. I wanted the pink in it but it wasnt showing either.

Dear Shuperb, I don't normally write reviews but on this occasion I felt I had to. A friend told me about your website and said I must have a look. The shoes I ordered from you are exactly what I wanted! Colour, size, pattern and the overall look were perfect They arrived on time and felt great. Unfortunately, after only one week of wearing them the right shoe had totally come away from the sole, infact I even found myself tripping up. I'm really not one to complain, everyone at work told me to send them back. I didn't, and have taken them to be glued back together. Still love the look of the shoe but really gutted with the "build quality." Kind regards John

The shoes I seen on the website is much different with the actual one. Looks different when I received them. The shape is different and weird. After I tried them on for a night the day after I gave them to charity shop. Waisted more than £50.

on trying Shuperb for the first time to save £5 on the cost of the shoes versus a more well known retailer I would not use them again. It took 15 days for my shoes to arrive despite them showing in stock.

very cheaply made, postage a rip off £3.50 per item then sent together, so 2 items got charged £7 for postage, so making money out of postage, rip off beware!

these ear muffs were bought for my granddaughters and the 'fun characters' were just glued on .. badly. I therefore had to spend the day sewing them back on. Definitely not worth full price. I tried to order 3 at the same time but could not so I had to pay postage on each so was pretty miffed about that aswell. Will think twice about using this company again..sorry.
