"I did not know how to do underplinth lighting or undershelf lighting. So I emailed the team at simple lighting for help and guidance. Numerous emails went back and forth - they had great patience in trying to understand my hand held drawings etc! At the end they came up with a scheme, created an account for me and sent me a link for me to pay. A big box arrived and my electrician unpacked it and had it working within the hour. It\u2019s spectacular! The only changes needed was simple and my fault for putting the wrong size on a diagram!! I had the replacement in days. "
