“I did not know how to do underplinth lighting or undershelf lighting. So I emailed the team at simple lighting for help and guidance. Numerous emails went back and forth - they had great patience in trying to understand my hand held drawings etc! At the end they came up with a scheme, created an account for me and sent me a link for me to pay. A big box arrived and my electrician unpacked it and had it working within the hour. It’s spectacular! The only changes needed was simple and my fault for putting the wrong size on a diagram!! I had the replacement in days.”

“I ordered some under-cabinet lighting, at a very competitive price. It had many excellent reviews, and no bad reviews. I wasn't disappointed, and immediately ordered more. I paid for next-day delivery on the second order, and Simple Lighting shipped it to their courier the same day. Unfortunately the courier did not deliver on time. I made one quick phone call to Simple Lighting, and they refunded the delivery charge immediately. The part arrived one day late. To summarise, products and prices are excellent, delivery is good (the problem being caused by Evri, not Simple Lighting), and their customer service is very good.”

“When replacing the light fitting in our church disabled toilet we received fast and really excellent customer service from Simple Lighting. They sent through details that allowed us to choose the right fitting at the start. When the order arrived it had been damaged but a replacement unit arrived within a few days. All communications with customer service were courteous and helpful. We are very pleased with how the new fitting is operating and with the service we received.”
