“Super bright LEDs - even the plumber agreed ! I had 4 installed in my kitchen, but I think I only needed 2 ! Fast dispatch from seller. Arrived well packaged. Will buy from again.”

“"I was very disappointed with the standard delivery service—it was much slower than expected. After realizing that next-day delivery wasn't included, I called to cancel the order since it hadn't yet been dispatched. Unfortunately, the gentleman I spoke to was not helpful at all. He insisted that the order couldn't be canceled because it was already ""in process,"" even though it clearly hadn’t been shipped. To make matters worse, I was told that if I wanted to return the item, I would have to cover the postage costs myself. Overall, this has been a frustrating and time-wasting experience."”

“Very good experience, great quality product for a very reasonable price. Easy enough to install. Only docking one star because I paid for next day delivery and didn't receive it, but to be fair to them I didn't complain as the project was running slightly behind schedule so it suited us anyway. Will definitely use them again but won't be paying for next day delivery next time :)”

“Order was placed delivery was paid on 3-5 days good Deere advised by royal mail for Thursday on Thursday advised delivery could not be made due to insufficient delv address on checking no number or street name was included they stated it is my fault and they can not check every order while I accept this they are not Amazon dealing with countless orders daily and to send out an order with no number or street name from a lightning only business is not so good cancelled and bought elsewhere”

“These downlights are very reasonably priced and also fire rated. Easy quick in and out connections. One of mine had a holding clip missing but a couple were put in the post same day so did not hold my job up. Good service.”
