“Parcel was lost by stupid courier. I politely emailed simple lighting who were straight on it and contacted the courier and shortly found the parcel. They gave me regular updates on the package and it wasn't a case of talking to a bot! Brilliant service”

“Very good service and helpful staff. I've placed two orders recently for items. The first was not delivered the next day despite paying for this, but that was the fault of the courier not the company. When made aware of this delay they quickly reimbursed the money I had paid for guaranteed next day delivery. Good quality products received as well.”
