“The representatives that helped me reserve movers were very helpful and friendly. Once the movers showed up, I was further pleased with SML. The movers helped myself and my parents intricately load a 22' moving truck in 3 hours. They were very friendly and willing to help with all the large, heavy and awkward furniture. Very satisfied with the whole experience! Highly recommend SML!”

“It was great to have movers with last minute's notice, that is for sure. Because I only speak English and 2 of the 3 movers spoke NO English and the third only spoke broken English there was a fair amount of miscommunication; where things were to be placed, what should not be moved on a hand truck, when using the hand truck use padding, boxes clearly labeled DO NOT STACK/ DO NOT CRUSH/ GLASS/FRAGILE did not seem to matter. If I could put a review between poor and acceptable I would. I do not fault the workers for not speaking English but I am upset about several items that were scratched, loosened and stacked without regard. It was a last minute decision that cost me over $440 for 3 movers for one hour.......pretty expensive but overall helpful I suppose.”

“Isiah and Arron were the hardest working young men I've encountered in a long time. They were pleasant, steady and patient. Doing three flights of stairs for countless dozens and dozens of items, working 7 1/2 hours without a complaint, they deserve only the very highest of recommendations. Excellent workers.”

“The service was pretty bad. Movers did not cover my furniture correctly during my first move. Movers were an hour late to my second move, on top of lousy handling of the furniture. I won't use this service again.”
