“The removal men were outstanding! Arriving early to check the job and details and handled some very heavy furniture which they weren’t expecting. They moved from one location to the other with no issues and didn’t even stop for a cup of tea! I’ve worked with many people of all nationalities over the years and these guys deserve a bonus and recognition from Simply removals!”

“I have used Simply Removals on two occasions now and with a different team on each day. The staff turned up early. They were attentive, courteous and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a hassle-free move. Thank you :-)”

“I had a quote for moving, I moved the time forward two hours and got charged nearly double, then got charged an extra £50 per hour for waiting time (waiting for keys) felt like I was conned!! Although the two men who moved me were very professional and pleasant, I couldn't fault them.”

“The two guys arrived on time and swiftly loaded the van, after my instructions. However there were marks on the arm of the sofa following the move, therefore I feel a bit more care could have been provided, plus even though they had covers to put down on the floor, they didn't use them or put them on the floor therefore when bring stuff into the house they were treading mud and grass into my newly laid carpet which I was unhappy with. I did at one point ask the to put some covers/sheets down which they eventually did but this was after they had trampled a load of mud up and down the stairs and into different rooms. As a removal company who has the tools to do the job they should be putting them down without question or having to be asked.”

“I had previously moved using simply removals and they were great - this time wasnt great. Movers turned up to pack at 7am - with no boxes. So there was a delay whilst some were driven over. Then there were not enough boxes so we were charged £7.50 per box despite have the issue. Then we were informed the items coming from storage were arriving at 4.30pm, they arrived after 7pm.”

“Due to very difficult purchasers I was faced with 3 working days to move from a family home we had been in for 21 years. Simply Removals quoted for the work very quickly and responded they could do the move with their very significant resources. They had to use 3 smaller vehicles as there was no time to arrange the necessary permits from Councils for the large removal vehicle. They packed and moved everything which was some 150 boxes plus our furniture. Everything went very smoothly, we were fully packed and loaded by 13:00 on the days of our move and everything was in our new house, some 4 miles away, by 19:30 that evening. We suffered no damage or breakages and were very happy with the service we received in such a short timescale the week prior to Christmas.”
