“Skates arrived on a Saturday afternoon no more than 3 days after we ordered them to the delight of my 8 year old daughter. Glad for advice to buy one size up - we ordered size 5 for size 3.5 feet and they fit well. She loves them and finds them pretty comfortable. Overall excellent service.”

“Ordered item, item was not despatched until 3 days after order date, was not advised the item would not be dispatched until after the complete bank holiday weekend!!! So received item Friday. When dispatch date queried was greeted with an attitude by representative answering email. PLEASE MAKE DELIVERY DELAYS AND SCHEDULES CLEAR-CLARIFY NO DELIVERY DESPATCH UNTIL AFTER BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND-problem solved.”
