Sky Q is just no good, its not as good as the older system, is not as user friendly and i have had loads of problems with downloading programmes, just dont bother spending the money until they sort it out

Our sky broadband decided to go down on monday morning and still has not come back today which is thursday. I phoned them yesterday to find out the problem and was told it was a problem with the line which is not true because our neighbours are on the exact same line and have had no problems. I was then told it would be gone for another 3 days and someone would be out to fix the problem and their solution was to send out a new modem. On completion of said phonecall I then found I was charged 25 to listen to some person tell me a bunch of lies. 6 years I am with sky broadband now and this is how they treat their customers. Absolute disgrace

UNPROFESSIONAL-RIPPING OFF AWFUL SERVICE, I INTRODUCED A FRIEND TO SKY AND THEY DID NOT PAY ME £75.00 ...CALL CENTRE AGENT USLESS, KEPT ON SAYING HE CANNOT HELP AS THE CODE WAS GENERATING ON THE SKY SYSTEM BUT THERE SYSTEM ERROR, THIS IS A TRAP FOR NOT TO PAY CUSTOMERS ,ATTROCIOUS SERVICE...THEY SCAM PPL FOR THERE MONEY AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT DELIVERY. WORSE SERVICE EVER. NOT WORTH THE 1 STAR! THATS TOO MUCH

Service is just getting worse and worse apps are starting to not load when connected to wifi but as soon as I go onto phone data loads straight away. Constantly getting kicked out of games when playing online ps4 to the point it's actually becoming a bloody joke and I'm not the only person having this problem so would suggest getting internet from elsewhere

Worst company ever had to deal with. No customer care whatsoever. Disgusting really and rather sad as the package is appealing 1 star is even to high to give for this company

I have tried for FOUR hours to contact Sky to downgrade my package . I have tried MANY times to do this via their website , by e-mail and by phone - so far nothing but obstacles that misdirect me or throw me offline . Is their dreadful business practice legal ? I would give Sky ZERO stars if I had the option.

Sky's internet is just complete and utter rubbish. I am meant to be on FTTP and my ping is normally around 8-10ms which is very good but the problem is it spikes to between 60-100ms I rang sky about the issue and get told that is within our parameters your internet is fine. How can this be fine I am paying £40 a month for this rubbish. Can't wait to be out of my contract with them so I can find a better ISP than these cowboys

The worst service and the worst site to navigate After 40 minutes of trying to find the help to get a new remote for the TV I needed. I eventually found a phone number realising they intentionally make it difficult preferring we trawl through the site using up our time I get through to a call centre in India where they hardly speak English are rude and inefficient taking another 20 minutes

I have a T.V, Brodband & Mobile package with sky which I requested to change address for Sky to cut me off of everything early. This caused my data to run over which I am being charged for by Sky. I called to see if I could get a refund for the data I’m paying for as it is Sky’s mistake I cannot use my broadband which I am paying for causing my data usage to increase significantly. I got told after 3 operators dealing with my problem that nothing could be done. That is theft and a blatant scam !! Never will I return to a company who isn’t even running legally!

Joke of a company .. when your contract ends they think they can charge what they like , to make you sign up again .. on phone for over an hour by the time I cancelled and I had to pay them for the call .. what a shambles

Sky was great until it came to a problem. Their customer service skills are non existent, numerous times I was promised a call back from the relevant department, not once did anyone ring back I tried making a complaint but they were not interested and would do nothing. After 30 years with them all told, I will be leaving sky at the earliest opportunity

Sky is Worser than a Cancer. Sadly there is no Cure. Like any disease it’s important to cut it off immediately before it spreads.

Lied to by the Sales team to get me to sign up... I was offered a bunch of perks to sign up and then none of them were included. Lied to and defrauded by the sales team.... I received a sales call to get me to sign up to Sky. As I wasn't sure they offered me incentives including free HD + UHD and also a £50 pre-paid Mastercard if I joined up today. At that point it sounded like a good deal so I agreed to the subscription. After installation I checked and had no access to HD. After complaining I was told they had no record of it and offered to sell it to me instead. When I asked about the £50 card they said this wasn't something they offered. I then asked to cancel it and they told me I have to return the box myself to the Post Office or they will fine me £150. This is the worst case of dishonest service I have ever seen, essentially lying to their customers to lock them in to a contract and then making it difficult to get out when you realise none of it is true. Do not waste your time and money with this dishonest and unprofessional company, there are much better options out there

Sky is a customer of the Monopoly BT/OPen Reach - BT engineers hate Sky- BT own the network infrasture- that lie about fibre optic broadband. Sky call centre in Delhi work night shift for pennies - reading scripts - they have to call BT call centre in N Ireland therefore no English communication skills. Sky is a scam - and BT is a monopoly Open reach is a tax scam

Long term customer here and i was paying for all packages. They were raising my broadband from 30 a month to 85 after 12 months. I agreed it would rise to 50 after 12months. I have been speaking to them online through sky messenger on fb and they tried to bully me into taking another contract for 65 per broadband but also raise the sports package prices in the said deal. I have been trying to cancel my subscription ever since and i have been met with nothing but snags along the way. Especially with a particular employee belonging too sky called hannah. She has been very rude and condescending in our conversation. Will not be signing up to sky ever again and il be telling my friends and family to stay well away. Nice way to treat loyal customers
