Absolutely shocking overall. The only reason I went with Sky was because VIRGIN MEDIA is not available in my area yet !! I know VM have a bad rep too but their broadband and router speeds obviously exceed anything Sky can . I CANNOT WAIT FOR VIRGIN MEDIA TO ARRIVE !!

Terrible waited about a month to be told he needs access to roof which I sorted then phoned back to arrange it to be told engineer lieing saying I refused cable through the flat. Then when I said it was a lie his story changed to it wasn't possible even though my neighbours have sky rubbish lazy engineers so hello virgin media your the best

Go to another provider...sky is garbage...premium pagage and my speed is less then 1mb...all the time they apologise and don't fix the problem..stay away from this s... company

Awful internet the internet used to be good now very poor and sometime if I want to work from internet very slow Had to use mobile date and keep switching off my phone to see if it works Service poor scammers 0 stars but carnt out none Never recommend sky

I think Sky have one of the worst customer services I have ever encountered, they are fine when you get through but it's so difficult and time consuming to actually get to speak to someone.

sky, the worst company ever for customer service !! they take as much money as they can get not caring about quality of product or the customers. It's virtually impossible to talk to an actual person to resolve any problems, when you get someone they are clueless !! They have ruined the sky tv product they sell you, I am actually paying to watch adverts 15% of the time ! the quality of presenters for sports programmes is awful, i can barely understand what many of them are saying, no diction, no grammar they can't even form a coherent sentence when talking.I don't want politics on sports channels either !!!!!! I live in the UK I put on sky sports news, what do I get ? american football reports or basketball or ice hockey, PUT THAT ON A CHANNEL CALLED AMERICAN SPORT !!! DON'T DUMP IT ON ME !!!!!!!!!!!!! someone must come up with a better service surely

This i wrang sky from my hospital bed i told the young lady i was in hospital she passed me over then cut off its bad enough bei g in hospital but cut me off and never wramg me back is this the way yo behave with sick invalid also a copy will be sent to Facebook and twitter

Took the problems with Sky to CISAS for £100 compensation. Apology did not come as requested and has been made to an old bank account. Staff haven't got a clue. Email sent seven times to arrange termination of contracts. Found in back office. Took a day to cancel mobiles. Still waiting for response on other issues. Given a phone number to call on and still called on the wrong number . Over 40 problems, and still have no resolution to the original problem ongoing since September last year. Never again. Now in the hands of media and court action. Why pay for a service you are not receiving?

One of tge most disgusting customer service I have ever met. They have done nothing but pass the buck on social media messages and keeping me on hold on the phone for over a week. Time for a change

I’ve posted bad reviews on sky previously but sky still isn’t listening as I’ve said previously I often can’t get a mobile phone signal where we live and use my broadband a lot being disabled I am registered with sky access services but they seem useless to say the least last time I was told someone would phone me back they didn’t not unusual for them today again my broadband when down for a good 30 mins after trying to get through on the phone which took a while my broadband came back on to which the person said obviously if it’s working there’s not a lot they can do telling me on a soft test I was getting about 35 mbs which I knew I had been getting this speed for the last couple of weeks but this is 5-7mbs slower than my usual speed and I’m pretty sure this is because the speed had been reduced at the exchange because it’s unstable which has happened so many times previously something sky say they don’t do I use my broadband to send medical information to hospitals but more importantly if my phone line goes down as well I’m then left in limbo fighting for my life which is why sky were supposed to call back last time and didn’t like I’ve said previously do I or somebody else have to die before these companies are held accountable

I'm about sick and tired of all the adds and breaks. Up to 11 or 12 every 5 minutes. We got sky to avoid all this but it's now worse than public TV. We thinking seriously of getting rid of them

This company has gone from excellent to bad in less than a year. There customer service is abysmal, Customer Priority haven't got a clue even to the names working in the department. Case has been going on for so long received a hamper last year. Given up on incompetent staff, now in the hands of the Ombudsman.

BEEN WITH THEM FOR OVER 21 YEARS, PRICES WENT UP AND UP AND UP, AND PROGRAMMES GOT LESS AND LESS. HAVE BEEN PESTERED ON THE PHONE ASKING TO GO BACK, BY A VERY PUSHEY PERSON. ON FIRST CANCELLING MY SUBSCRIPTION, THE SKY REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY HELPFUL, A PITY THEY ARE ALL NOT THE SAME

Worst company from my last experience for helping a customer of 25 years. Now they won’t help me with price increases even though I told them I haven’t the money to afford. Terrible customer service and can’t wait to be out of contract unfortunately not for another 12 months. AVOID SKY. Totally profit orientated now

The worst company for customer service and to get hold of. My Sky has not been working properly for past year. Also tried cancel sky sports package. They make it so difficult. Cannot get hold of anyone. Extortionate charges. Very poor service.

I wish I could give minus stars... My broadband was meant to be set up 24th March. It took them good couple weeks after the date to announce that they can’t complete my order and it’s getting canceled. My option - to create another order with installation date 3 weeks away. Open reach was blamed, however no communication or explanation came from Sky either. Person I spoke to said he will take it under his control. And second person as well... Guess what? The date came and went. Couple weeks later, yet again, I received a message that my order cannot be completed and I need to call. When I did, the person on the phone said my order is getting canceled and we need to place another one. Yet again. I said I want to escalate as it’s getting ridiculous. No explanation why this is happening either. Got a call (eventually) from escalation team. Was offered to place another order with installation date another 3 weeks away )))) Decided I've had enough of them and not going to wait any longer only to be told again that they cannot complete my order and have to cancel it. With no explanation. Obviously, no internet affected my whole household including children. But do they care? Of cause not. Attention of trading standards is necessary, as Sky have no idea about what customer service is and do not keep their promises leaving customer waiting for nothing for months. The third date for the order would’ve been 28th May. How unprofessional...

Everything is wrong with Sky! Charges too high. A fool, been with them +20 years! They advised going with Sky Q. DO NOT EVER HAVE SKY Q.! Absolute nightmare, handset impossible, NOT intuitive, buttons placed everywhere, without thought. Click 6 times to find BBC 1 more for 2, etc. Click on, down, left, down, across, across, across. Is this what you want, each time? No.
