Be careful when getting a mobile contract online from sky mobile. If you select a 24-month contract on the agreement page it gets changed to a 36-month contract. Read the agreement page carefully and make sure you are signing for the right months.

I had sky for at least 15 years then when I moved I moved into a house that won't alow sky dishes. So all I have now is sky broadband.for me to get a call from sky.and not a nice person saying I owe money she was saying I owe money for my sky TV in my new house.I don't have sky TV she would not believe me lol what an idiot.so now they started taking money £50 for something I don't have and can't seem to get in touch.NOT HAPPY

Avoid Sky broadband. Sky tv set up was fine but if you rely on having an internet connection avoid Sky. Probably the worst company I've dealt with. You absolutely cannot rely on them or what they tell you. AVOID!!

i bought tv+broadband package.i waited 1 month for broadband installation . so i called to find out what time engineer comming day before . they said it has been cancelled without informing me .i made complain but no action taken .sky very unprofessional company . they dont deal with customer in professional way. i would give 0 star to sky .

35 years with Sky but for years their service has been appalling and steadily getting worse (if that’s even possible) We have now decided enough is enough as come time to renew contract (which is regularly as prices go up constantly...63% increase this year) we weren’t prepared for just how bad things had got as their customer service is now non existent... don’t waste your money on this shambolic company...avoid at all cost.

Here is one start as I am not able to give them zero. After 6 years with Sky, I had to finally let them go. One the price went up to a whooping £100- one way to value a client is to put their bills up I guess. But it was mt home move that tipped me over the edge. After 12 hours total call time of 8 phone calls, about 40% of it waiting to connect, 3 cancelled orders ad they 'couldn't find my new address' , so each time we were cancelled I had to start placing the order from scratch and listen to their endless sales pitches- I had enough! Cancelled my direct debit and set up BT. It took 12 minutes ONLINE, and I am currently enjoying my hustle free cheaper Wifi and TV! AVOID SKY!

This system is absolutely awful..it keeps disconnecting from a working router and will not reconnect itself...we have to manually reset it every single day.. miserable experience...shameful

Sky is not an honourable company. I've found their behaviour to be close to thuggish. I think that, at the very least, their handling of valid customer complaints should be investigated.

Don’t be conned into taking sky’s ultra fast broadband! Unless you have fibre optic cables running right to your door it is unlikely it will ever work. After having super fast broadband for several years with no issues we were offered ultra fast when renegotiating our deal. Installation was completed and we then had six weeks of no internet access, inability to connect our ‘Q’ box & mini box and worst of all no landline telephones! They did not tell us that our telephones would become voip with ultra fast which is as far as I’m concerned not transparent about what the service was going to be! It was not until after installation we were told that we would need an alternative backup such as mobile phones to use in case of an emergency! Whilst we do have mobile phones this seems to me to be wrong that we were not given all the information required to make an informed choice about taking on ultra fast broadband. We have had for routers, several visits by openreach engineers, sky engineers and skys in-house network team supposedly trying to resolve our problems to no avail! Today we tried to return to our super fast broadband and were told by sky that we couldn’t and that all they could offer was essential broadband! We have had no choice but to cancel our contract! Terrible service! Do not understand why our previous broadband cannot be reinstated! I have been told that sky wish to get everyone using ultrafast and voip phones as wish to reduce costs by no longer needing telephone exchangers! Don’t be conned! If your broadband works as it is leave well alone!

Sky have had the monopoly on TV for many years, as such they can rest on their laurels, or can they, with poor customer service and long wait times for installation they maybe near to losing that market. I had sky for 20 years all " ok" until I was told I had to have the very poor rated Q box! Installation was quick and stopped working 15 minutes after engineer leaving, after many calls we had to wait 2 months for them to return. In that time Netflix, Disney and amazon prime kept us entertained. We worked out it was cheaper than sky with more films and TV. Today engineer is due to fix the the Q problem, he called to say he couldn't get here due to snow and road closed off, weird as IKEA and tesco both came today for other residents and hermes also delivered a parcel!!! Goodbye Sky

I have been a sky customer for almost 15 years and every year the prices keeps on going up without my consent and I am pushed from pillar to post with no response or and no body from sky gets in touch with me. I am a pensioner with limited income and I am interested in down grading my package. please Sky get in touch

I had a monthly mobile phone plan with this useless company for the last year and was nothing but trouble since the get go. This week was the end of my contract and couldnt wait to leave. I contacted them and they said we wont cancel the contract and wont renew the agreement either and I am free to go. Days Later they delete my number, which I have had for 8 years and rely on heavily for business, and can never get it back. They then claim they couldn't locate the calI had had with them prior to this. They need to be investigated and this affected my livelihood and cost me money in other aspects now!

Shoddy, shoddy, shoddy Sick of listening to the same pieces of music on hold for upwards of 30 mins. Things just don't get resolved..no one takes responsibility. You'd think that lockdown wouldn't be too much of a drama for a telecoms company! If anyone's got the email of the ceo I would be interested in trying to speak to the organ grinder If they are not careful sky will become a byword for ineptitude. We have had sky for a couple of years Now have no internet or tv connection rang on Thursday and again today might see someone on weds next week 8weeks ago same thing happened took a while but was mended we thought So I now have a vet med student and year 13 A level student and a year 8 daughter all of which will have no internet to work on for a week We where looking into swapping last time it was down for a week and here we are again Home for work so that’s not happening either Getting no where could scream ! Sky not helpful just kept saying I know !

Complete con! I have been with sky for years!! I have nonidea why! A year ago I was having problems with my hub. Spent five weeks trying to get it sorted. only for them to tell me it was a problem with my socket. In the end I had to pay for the latest hub. Extra 20 quid on my already 60 quid bill that was 30 quid over my arranged contract with them. that had 'Apparently' ended two weeks before. I rung up complained and got 30 quid off my next bill. So I calmer down and stuck with them. The one week into lock down my sky box magically stops working two weeks trying to sort it. My box is broken they tell me and tell me that I'll have to pay 80 quid for it to be fixed. or I could have the latest for 40 quid charge. Needing tv as my kids were fed up by then of no TV, I agree. And what do you know it's as simple as plugging in the new sky q box. A month ago my mother tells me her hub is playing up. She rings sky and after 6 phone calls and them telling her it's her set up she gets charged for a new Hub. The latest one. It all sets up perfectly and in working condition with nothing more than being plugged in by myself. Now the last week my hub magically stops working and what do you know it's my sockets Apparently and I'm in need of the new box that I'll be charged for and not only that if I don't send back the old hub they will charge me for that too!! If I wasn't in desperate need of Internet to home school my kids I'd cancel everything! Absolutely ridiculous! Do not go with Sky!!
