My dog chewed up the remote for our ceiling fan. I was able to locate and order a new remote...it was reasonably priced, delivered as promised and I'm so happy!!

I love my two Koa fans from Smafan!!!! Easy to install, easy to setup and extremely quiet. Lighting kit gives me ample light and I can easily flip between white or yellow light. And the fan pushes a lot of breeze. It’s my 4th fan from them and the service has always been great, from purchase to support follow up.

I was very impressed with my experience with SmaFan.com. The ordering process was quick and easy and the order was shipped immediately. There was an issue with delivery because the Post Office did not deliver the package when they were supposed to. But SmaFan customer service proactively reached out first thing and made sure that I was able to get my package. They were helpful and friendly and made sure I was kept informed every step of the way. Thank you!

I had a few issues with the fan but Smafan was great with customer service and sending me a return shipping label at no cost to me. I would purchase from them again.

The customer service has been great! Our fan stopped working after a year. After some troubleshooting, it was determined to be a failing power adapter. Customer service sent a replacement along with other parts just in case it was not that. The fan is up and running like new.

I had an issue with one of the smart fans that I bought on Amazon just over two years ago. I ordered a new wiring harness from SmaFan and replaced it, but still nothing. So, I reached out to SmaFan support and Hugo responded immediately and told me that he would get this problem resolved one way or another. I told him my issue and he sent me a new circuit board that I received within a couple of days. I switched out the board and now my fan is working perfectly. Hugo and the support staff at SmaFan kept in touch with me daily until the issue was solved. Great customer service and they have made me a lifetime customer. Thanks for everything.

While I did not get to actually use the smafan product because it did not fit my exact need, I can say their customer support team and Hugo in particular are very helpful and responsive. I appreciate their professionalism and courtesy.

Easy ordering process from their website, and efficient delivery. Instructions were straightforward, for both the hardware installation, as well as the integration into the Smart Home. Very much like the 10-speed motors, as well as the option for the white/yellow lighting depending on mood. And the voice control of the fan makes living so much easier, especially not having to fumble in the dark for the fan control. Highly recommended!

This low profile SMART ceiling fan is well made, very light, and very quiet. The remote is convenient to quickly turn fan or light on/off. The mobile app allows scheduled on/off. One screw was missing and one fan blade was damaged, but Smafan team was able to quickly send me the replacement part. It turns out to be a good online purchase.

I had been seeing a lot of ads for this company lately and decided to check it out. I immediately found a great selection of contemporary ceiling fans, many of which have integrated smart features, and all of which are priced far below what I'm used to seeing in Lowes, Home Depot, or Amazon. It all seemed too good to be true, and I had some doubts about whether it was a legitimate store. But I decided to purchase an open-box item for $99, which I thought was a risk worth taking. When I checked out, another $10 discount was tacked on. This was turning out to be a good day! 1 day or so after I placed the order, I was contacted by an employee, attempting to confirm that my house had the necessary neutral wire and separate load wires for the fan and light. I thought this was an unusual but refreshing level of customer service that I haven't seen in a while since becoming an Amazon-only customer. I replied to confirm that my house was indeed wired that way, and received my fan about 5 days later. For an open-box item, the fan looked practically brand new! The quality was amazing and does not match the low price. I am in the process of ordering 3 more fans to replace the 20-year-old ones in my house. Thank you, Smafan!
