“I initially ordered the wrong size bag, but couldn't change them because there was no invoice included, they appeared to have been delivered form a wharehouse. No parcel tracking either. I ordered again the size I needed, but have lots of bags I can't use.”

HI Sally, We don't attach invoices to the cartons, instead they are emailed, which you should have received. We attach the delivery dockets to the cartons. I would say it must have dropped off during delivery. Had you called or emailed us, we would have happily accepted a return or exchange. The parcel tracking are on the emails we send to you and is automatically sent from Shopify.
