“The products is fantastic however the customer service has not been good. Communication is very poor. I asked placed an order a month ago and I had to follow up what was happening only to not have any email replies so to call and be told there was a- an issue with supply and b- a delay in printing. I then was told my products would be printed by end of week and I asked for an email to be sent once the product is on the way and I have once again received no communication, just an email asking for my opinion on service!.... so you can understand my frustration.”
