“Very disappointed. I placed the order on 21/Oct as I was told that the parcel would arrive on 23/Oct or 26/Oct. But when I contacted the office today (27/Oct), someone told me that the parcel was sent to the wrong address.. She said she will dispatch them again tomorrow.... She said she would contact me again with the tracking number. No tracking number has been provided yet for the old parcel, which sent to a wrong place, and the new one. I needed the bags today (27/Oct).... I am in trouble now.. PLEASE SEND THEM ASAP and please send me the tracking number. Thank you.”
