“I'm sorry to say that I have been left disappointed with my most recent interactions with Smartbag. First our product didn't have bases in each bag, rendering them useless, then the bases were ordered but not update was provided and when I enquired it was apparent that we had been forgotten. Then we were required to remind the person on the phone multiple times of our arrangement to fix the issue. We will not be returning and have since sourced another bag supplier.”
