“The tour was excellent and excellent tour guide Gui’s Knowledge of the history of the region was very impressive. I would’ve liked a bit more culture perhaps going to some of the market where the locals shop. I also feel too many nights spent at the kibbutz hotel. We were too far away from the city and were stuck there in the evenings. The Sabbath dinner optional at the kibbutz was very much a disappointment the food was not very good and we had already spent several days and nights at the kibbutz hotel it was too much and again not very good. We thought it was going to be a Sabbath dinner at someone’s home not again at a kibbutz.”

“THE ENTIRE TOUR AND THE MOROCCAN TOUR MANAGER/GUIDE KHALID WERE ALL FABULOUS. THOUGH, YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN NYC IS GETTING WORSE BY THE DAY. YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS IF THIS IS NOT RECTIFIED AT THE EARLIEST!”

“We had Dan Ofri fro our tour guide in Israel and he really knew his history. He was great and I would recommend him over and over again. Loved all parts of the trip including Jordan and the Dead Sea.”

“We greatly enjoyed our Greek tour. The tours, guides, hotels were fantastic. We were a little disappointed in the cruise portion and wished we could have had more time in Mykonos and Santorini. And, the ship was so crowded that we were only able to eat in the dining room one time. However, we had a great time and learned a lot.”

“The whole experience exceeded my expectations. Game drives were plentiful and enough to see all five plus so many more animals. Accommodations were wonderful and the food too. Especially notable was the Safari Park Hotel in Nairobi with the game dinner and entertainment the first night. Keep this for future groups!”

“The Tour Director Sun Qing Jun was a gracious, concerned, knowledgeable guide throughout the trip, making the journey especially memorable. He was also supportive in ensuring that special needs were met (e.g. my need for gluten free meals, others' needs for vegetarian meals, a passenger's need for medical care) with grace and efficiency. The selected tour destinations and optional tours were extremely well chosen and the journey was pleasant, fun and informative.”

“It definitely exceeded our expectations. Great hotels in right locations. Tour directors were all top notch, extremely knowledgeable, and couldn't do enough to help. The naturalists in Galapagos were outstanding. Safety was always a top priority, especially when transferring to and from small boats.”

“As always the trip was very good. Only thing I didn't like was very dark rooms in the desert areas. Plus DANGEROUS SHOWERS in steep bathtubs with no rubber mat to keep from slipping.”

“This was an excellent experience with a great variety of activities. The primary plus was the quality of the people who facilitated our tour: special kudos to Mr. Fernando Cottas Bordallo, our tour director who was wonderfully helpful and always organized; Nusa, our guide at Iguazu Falls, so knowledgeable and always on the spot when needed; and Paul in Santiago, very friendly and communicative. The pace of the trip was also enjoyable, as we were not rushed through experiences, thanks to the careful attention to detail. Very nice accommodations; the Sofitel Hotel in Buenos Aires was really well located within walking distance of the famous cemetery and the most interesting museums. The optional tours were a good value, especially the Petropolis excursion. A quick word to travelers: many internal flights, all of which went smoothly except for a cancelled flight in Sao Paulo, obviously not the fault of SmarTours. However, it was a good thing we were seasoned travelers and were able to maneuver ticket changes in an airport in which Portuguese was the primary language spoken. Leave yourself plenty of me if you are attempting to navigate the airport there. Many more pluses than minuses; fun trip which requires some stamina but you'll have a great time and see beauties beyond your imagination.”
