“We just completed SmarTours first trip back to South Africa since COVID and it was fantastic! We had traveled with them before and had the same great experience as previously. We felt safe and the precautions taken during our trip for COVID were excellent. They wore masks, took temperatures regularly and had sanitizing everywhere. Out tour guide was Jonathan Muller and he did a fantastic job; went beyond the call of duty to make our trip exceptional. We had booked this trip two years ago but was cancelled due to COVID. So glad we were finally able to do this.”

“I have been on several Smartours in the past. Charleston and Savannah was the first domestic one I've taken. The tour guide, Annette, was very knowledgeable and conscientious. My only issue was with the hotel in Savannah, which was substandard in many ways. The food was terrible and I had a room right off the lobby that was very noisy. On the other hand, the staff was very nice.”

“We were the first tour to South Africa since Covid. Everything was great! Covid testing during trip was easy! This South Africa trip is a must! Price is unbelievable for what you get! Everything is first class!”

“Splendors of Egypt was a trip of a lifetime. It was perfect in every way. It was broad enough to give a good overview of the country, but gave us ample time to enjoy each place. The accommodations were wonderful especially in Alexandria. Ahmed was a wonderful guide and a perfect ambassador for his country, I had thought that some of the tours wouldn't be interesting, but I was mistaken and enjoyed them all. He was a wealth of knowledge. I never knew what to expect and I was met with pleasant surprises every day. Mohamed was my favorite tour manager on the trip. These gentlemen did such an amazing job , that I never wanted to leave Egypt. It truly is a Splendor from the past to the present. I would definitely use SmarTours again and recommend it to my friends.”

“Gina met us at the airport and stayed with us for the first half of the trip. She went above and beyond to help me navigate through the crowd. She stayed with me while I shopped since I was traveling solo. Niki also went above and beyond and she also stayed with me while I shopped.”

“Few yrs ago, my husband & I, booked twice to SmarTour & So Africa is our 3rd times. During those travels, I really enjoyed & pleases with the hotels that SmarTours chose. The staffs of SmarTours are helpful. I will recommend to my family & friends SmarTours..Looking forward to many more travels to come.”

“Our second SmarTours trip was great. Just the right mix of touring Greece with free time to explore on our own. The accommodations were first class and in the most desirable locations, the restaurants were spectacular and the guides outstanding. Better than other tours at half the price.”

“The enchanting Peru trip was awesome. Our tour guide was Enrique, who was experienced, knowledgeable and made it a memorable trip. Peru is very clean and they took all measures to keep the visitors safe during this pandemic. The arrangements by Smartours were great. The hotels were all very good and convenient. I gave 4*, only because of the confusing information by staff about COVID test before departure TO Peru.”

“They canceled my trip last year I was told I could use the $6000 credit towards another trip including optional tours. I’m on a tour to Alaska right now and they are refusing to allow me to us my remaining credit of $2000 towards my optional tours I was forced to pay an additional $1800 on top of everything else. I’m sitting here on my vacation waiting for them to call be back. This is not a vacation I will never travel with them again I’m getting ripped off. Stay away from this company.”

“It was a great trip. It was broad enough to give a good overview of the country, but gave us ample time to enjoy each place. The accommodations were wonderful and not cookie cutter. Vinny was a wonderful guide and ambassador for his country, I had thought that some of the tours wouldn't be interesting, but I was mistaken and enjoyed them all. I also liked the size of the group. I would definitely use SmarTours again and recommend it to my friends.”
