“I ordered 2 items but one of them was the wrong item (warm gold lights but I had ordered multicoloured) contacted seller and was offered partial refund of 5% which I accepted but this has NOT been forthcoming. I wish that I had read the reviews BEFORE I had placed my order as I would have shopped elsewhere. Cannot recommend and will not use again.”

“AVOID! money taken, no goods sent. wouldn't answer emails. answered the phone once and refused to speak with me, told me to email him only. Luckily I was able to get my money back through PayPal's buyer protection.”

“Placed an order 22/07/2021 - 3-5 working day delivery. Item not received. No dispatch notification. I have tried calling +++. Left voicemails. Sent emails and messaged on facebook all of which without response. Customer service is appalling and product is not received.”
