“AVOID! money taken, no goods sent. wouldn't answer emails. answered the phone once and refused to speak with me, told me to email him only. Luckily I was able to get my money back through PayPal's buyer protection.”

“Placed an order 22/07/2021 - 3-5 working day delivery. Item not received. No dispatch notification. I have tried calling +++. Left voicemails. Sent emails and messaged on facebook all of which without response. Customer service is appalling and product is not received.”

“Ordered an inflatable swimming pool almost a week ago and paid for 1-2 day delivery. I am still waiting for it. I have tried to contact them a number of times. I have sent 2 emails, 2 messages on their Facebook messenger and 2 messages on their contact us page. I have had no response from either”

“Absolutely awful customer service, I paid for 1-2 day delivery and it came after 5 days. My 1st email was ignored my 2nd email requesting my delivery fee was refunded as it had been 4 days and I hadn't even had a dispatch email. I had an email response with just hermes and the tracking number, no apologie or acknowledgement of my refund request. I have emailed twice since and again had no response. I will never purchase from here again nor would I recommend them.”
