“I am a committee member of my local squash club and organise one of the pennant competitions. This involves weekly communication with the players, informing them of match details and substitute players. I had an existing Excel based email facility for the more routine messages, but I needed a simple, cost effective way to send sms to the same group. SMS Broadcast provided a perfect solution - I use my existing email program (slightly modified) to send sms to my players and it works exceedingly well. Cost is very reasonable. I can certainly recommend the service to anyone looking for an inexpensive and flexible way to send sms.”

“I originally used an large overseas provider, which a lot of major organisations use, I was continually seeing downtime, especially during Australia daylight hours. SMS Broadcast, ended up being cheaper, and have never seen an outage. “We love using sms broadcast to stay in touch with our clients and our staff out on the field. It is so much quicker than using the mobile phone. The only problem we find is that it is annoying as we can't copy and past mobile numbers directly into the number field as we store them using the spacing and sms broadcast does not allow for that. We have used the service for the past 6 years and it has never let us down.”

“The Prospect SES uses this service as not all members can be issued with GRN Pagers. WE find it easy to add or delete members to our list which enables us to contact all our members which is great. This enables us to provide more crew members in the field when necessary. As coordinator for the service I find it invaluable and I especially like the reminders when our credits are getting low. Our Unit finds the sms broadcast service a cheap and valuable asset for our unit to use and I would encourage others to think seriously about using this service in the future.”
