“Overall a great sms service for Australian mobiles and I have found it to be more reliable than other providers hence why I use them. In the future I would like to see smsbroadcast add the ability to text international mobiles numbers.”

“It saves a lot of time keying in messages. I also like it because I can type the message rather than having to use the phone keyboard. I also like being able to insert names to each message without having to type it in individually.”

“Sms broadcast has been fantastic medium for engaging my clients directly and personally. This is a double edge sword though - I'd love the introduction of a mailchimp style database management for sms services.”

“We LOVE SMSBroadcast, it has proved to be a far more effective, efficient (and much cheaper) advertising medium for our business compared to email and postal services. I'm only sorry I didn't start using SMSBroadcast sooner.”

“We have been using SMS Broadcast to help with our sales and scheduling, and it has been a huge help. Staff find it so easy to use that we find they follow procedures a lot better and we have increased our sales conversions and also our scheduling efficiency with truck fleet. It is a simple system but I think that is its strength, if it was more complicated I don't think we would still be using it.”

“Came to SMS Broadcast after a disappointing experience with another SMS gateway provider (delayed PayPal top-ups, lost SMSes to Vodafone mobiles, unfavourable pricing changes, etc). SMS Broadcast provide a reliable, hassle-free service: SMSes are sent very fast to all carriers and PayPal payments are applied instantly. API was easy to integrate and I haven't experienced any interruptions to the service.”

“As the manger of a licensed Club in the inner west of Sydney we have numerous members we need to communicate with advising them of promotions, alerts etc. SMS Broadcast is by far the best and cheapest way to communicate. It is easy & simple to use. I know when we do not send an SMS to our members on a Friday alerting them to happenings in the Club our numbers are down, send an SMS and they are up.
