“Royal South Street is a performing arts Eisteddfod that relies heavily on volunteers. When we have last minute vacancies on our roster we rely heavily on SMS broadcast to help us fill them. We've been using this service for 3 years now and find it easy to use, affordable but most importantly effective.”

“We have been using this service for 6 weeks now and we love it. They system is easy to install and very easy to use. The best functions are the saved templates and address books. “I have been a user of SMS Broadcast for a number of years. The service is faultless, and the prices for me as a private user are very good. Even though I now have free sms as part of my phone plan, the small cost compared to the ease of use, very important for long messages, means that I still use it often, actually whenever I am near my PC and need to send an sms. A polite email comes in when the remaining messages get low. None of that is near as important as the fact they do NOT sell your email address, the majority of businesses do that now, that is where the spam comes from. As I have my own website I can code every email address as to whatever site I have joined. If spam comes in using that name I know straight away who has been greedy. Rob”

“Since adding SMS Broadcast to our Infusionsoft Campaigns we have managed to increase our conversion rates through automating a personalised text from a real phone number with the ability to reply. Texts don't feel automated and that is really important to us. “I found SMS Broadcast VERY easy to use, the website easy to maneuver around and great for our Association. “SMS broadcast has been a wonderful addition to our business. We use it both internally and for notifications to our clients. We have found SMS notifications to be the fastest way to get a response. Emergency notifications for power outages at our site as well as temperature alarms in our server room have been connected to the service. This enables us to respond quickly. We also use SMS for reminders for our client's billing, who find it to be a great way to collect payments on time. SMSbroadcast is easy to use and integrated nicely to our systems. We love the reporting and ease of managing our credits as well as the service reliability!”

“SMSBroadcast is simple and easy to use. It has greatly improved our efficiency for our bulk promotions and campaigns. Definitely a very valuable tool for simple campaigns and notifications. We haven't made use of any further functionality, so may be a little limited in two-way interactions, but for simple tasks, it's super effective.”
