“SMS Broadcast was so easy to setup and worked bewtter than expected. Adding phone numbers was easy and they were sent promptly with excellent feedback of the progress, eg those that were delivered, expired or failed. The ability to extend the message to include more than the limited 120 characters was seemless and I was able to get everything in the quivalent of 2 SMS counts. Great job. Would hiughly recommend it.”

“It was a good and easy experience to set up the account. And Rachel was very helpful in chat to explain what and how. However when I sent second bunch of sms , 700 were rejected. They explained that I was charged for two sms because my message exceeded 160 characters and was 161. That was very disappointing that my message didn’t get to my customers. I’m sure I checked the length of sms and it was 160 characters....”
