“We are a mechanical workshop and use SMS Broadcast to contact our customers to remind them of bookings made for servicing and repairs, to inform the customer when their vehicle is ready for pickup and when a customer has ordered in a specific part, and it arrives into stock. We find it convenient and easy to use.”
