“Excellent service provider. Promptly and professionally answered all our pre-sales questions, and quickly provisioned some extended api services we required. We shopped around a bit with some other big international providers, but had a very poor customer experience. So glad we chose SMS Broadcast - a reliable, professional and local aussie provider :-)”

“We use the SMS system to notify building operations of fire alarms and failures in systems for our three high rise towers here on the Gold Coast. The automation was easy to implement and SMS delivery is very reliable and reasonably priced.”

“Great service. Very reliable and consistent. We find it invaluable. The only thing we would appreciate is the ability to manage multiple users from one account. And for future development, an add in for Outlook 2013+ that replicates the original Text Message form within Outlook.”

“We had previously looked at a similar service and found it too hard and expensive to be practical. We found it via a database system that we're using. We've found it simple to set up and the customer service has been outstanding. It sends out emails and then allows for replies via email which is good for us. Our only issue is that we can't get the SMS from our database system to send sms from our name rather than a mobile phone number. But i don't think that this is the fault of SMSbroadcast. We would recommend this to others.”
