I paid for 3 Samsung tablets on the 10/04/2024. Since then there have been communication from their side. It's such a damn traumatising and tedious experience when you phone them. Let them give the items I bought or refund me.

The customer service is poor, ordered headboards that were poorly made, all I’m asking for is a replacement, but one week after submitting the returns forms, I still don’t know when the old ones will be picked up to be replaced.

I cancelled the order days before delivery. I cancelled because the order had not shipped with the advertised timeframe (by quite some margin). Despite numerous attempts to cancel via email and website it was shipped. Then I returned. Still not refunded. Stay away from Snatcher nothing works. Clearly they are a scam.

WORST Company to order from. Claim they out of stock of which I still see the item on their site now days later. Weeks later and they still haven't processed a refund to me everytime I email they say they will process it but to no avail. Worst company and service ever.

I ordered from you and by the time I was completing my order you question my address after the order was supposed to be delivered you sent an email that you don't do deliveries in my place how. This is a scam because you should have picked that before I made a payment

I have placed an order for 2 cellphone pouches. I was billed twice on my credit card for the very same order. I submitted a complaint and received an email promptly apologysing for incident. I was ask for banking details but no progres thereafter. Later received an email upon another enquiry from me stating they are sorry for the delay and will escalate the matter to their accounts department. No further communication despite me having submitted another two emails enquiring about progress with my refund but still no reply. This is now mire than a month later. Be careful when you buy from Snatcher and watch you statements for duplicate payments. I wont buy from them again. Temu refunded me within a week for an item I was not completely satisfied with. That is good customer service at next level.

I have come to realise that 1 item is missing from my previous order somehow the box seems to have been tampered with but I didn't think much of it because I was excited to get my baby's walker

Absolutely frustrating to get them to understand my order. I order items and only received a part of my order trying to get the person to understand that I was supposed to get two is like trying to make ice in the desert during a sandstorm. Ignorance of note🤬😠😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Please, please, please don't torture yourself by ordering from these guys. Order finally arrived after a month, the items that did arrive were the wrong colour and half my order did not even get delivered.

Been waiting for a refund since November , they didnt have the courtesy to let me know that the items i ordered was out of stock , they just sent me the rest of my order , wasnt until I queried them that i was told they out of stock and they will refund me …. Well here we are almost four months later , endless emails and empty promises for that refund .

I have bad experience with this company.Placed and oder after 3 weeks I was told my order is with the courier,they gave me tracking number.When I called the courier to find out,they told me snacher did not gave them my parcel.I called them and they said its in the store room they made a mistake.They gave me two different answers which made me realize they are lying.I requested for my refund and it's 2 weeks now and they still telling me they will escalate the matter to account department.And when you keep calling they no longer take your calls.I was first in line then next thing I'm caller number five.This company is a SCANL❗️❗️❗️❗️ STAY AWAY

Bought couple items from Snatcher only to have about 12 of these items missing from my delivery, I been fighting with back and forth email without any solution, the agent Linda is arrogant on the mail and there's absolutely no customer care. I wouldn't recommend this online shop to anyone. Terrible experience!

I ordered a product and the delivery was very fast. But I wanted a refund, since the product I ordered didn't work. It has been 3 weeks and no refund has been made. I sent emails and even called and I'm still waiting on my refund.

This is bull…., I read a lot of stories similar to mine! Ordered items, waited and heard nothing, phone call goes to 2nd in-line then jumps back to 5th….etc. Emailed a month later just to be told items out of stock, would have refunded… but jip you guessed it, NO REFUND! Now the question is How is it possible for this “company” to keep on snatching people’s money and get away with it! How can this be stopped. Coz we are all complaining yet nothing gets done! And so it goes and goes and they enrich themselves by stealing from others. I can kick myself for not reading this before making the mistake to give my money away to scammers!

Poor service from Snatcher. I should have read the reviews before I ordered from them. They sent me the wrong item. They were supposed to solve the problem within 24 hours, it's now 360 hours without any feedback from this company. I will never order from them again.

I am afraid this is a bad review about Snatcher. In a nutshell: extremely poor service - no refund when is due - extremely poor guarantee. 2 Episodes: 1) Ordered and paid for 2 items. Delivered only one (second one out of stock). Snatcher offered me a credit voucher, which I did not want (I shall never use it). I requested to get refunded on the Credit Card I had used to buy the product: cannot be done. I then requested to have my money credited into my bank account by EFT: request ignored several times. Just no answer. Very bad. 2) Electronic product of poor quality. It worked as expected for just 2 weeks. Then dead. Requested to Snatcher: repair/replace/refund. The answer, after requesting lot of details and photos about the problem: we shall contact supplier and get back within 48 hours. Never got back to me, in spite of many requests. Conclusion: unprofessional, poorest service, careful to what product you buy, careful with guarantee issues. Carlo

Stay AWAY as far as possible. Refund denied for 3 weeks am leaving the country now never to shop from scammers again
