“Poor customer service. I sent 4 messages to them on their website to find out where my order is and have not received any reply’s. Their shipping time is a total hoax it’s been a month and my order hasn’t even been packaged!
There is no telephone number to call and now I know why. I spent thousands of rands on an order that I expected to be delivered and nothing has been done. No reply no order. These items where supposed to be gifts for my family and it’s gone way passed the time and some have left to back home. It was embarrassing not having gifts as I promised and I did not have money to buy replacements as I spent so much with Snatcher, all they did was Snatch my money and no response. I am extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend anyone buying anything from this site.”

After sending pictures of the item plus original packaging and shipping packaging and fulfilling all the T&C's as per their website, they refuse to refund the item as they now want a video meaning i need to disassemble my vehicle dash again to take a video, not going to happen. Well I got scammed & it doesn't look like I'm getting my refund evennthough I only spend less then R400 its still a lot of money for a poor guy like me.

“Stay away!! Firstly they stated that they had the product available, but once I ordered, I got an email stating my order will be delayed. I only received my cellphone cover after 3 weeks! Secondly - their customer service is appalling. The cover is defective. It was an expensive cover for a Samsung Z4 Fold - but it catches onto the hinges of the phone, preventing the phone from opening properly. I sent a detailed explanation and a photo that showed the issue clearly . .the hinge cover buckles in the middle and catches onto the phone when you try to open it. However.. now I am told they also want a video!! This is just delay tactics and now all my e-mails are ignored. Please also note that their contact number on their site does not work. Don't spend your money here - rather stick to a reputable online company where there are proper after sales service.

They were provided a photo but insisted on a video - which I have sent now. I will keep updating this review with any progress. I am giving them a week - then I will file a complaint with the consumer council.”
