I purchased a tap from them on the 1st March 2023 and haven't received anything. When I emailed them on the 14th March 2023 regarding my order and someone by the name of Andile Mncube (Customer Support Agent) replied saying

“They keep changing the delivery dates for an order. First says pre-order 10-15 days then says it is an imported product that takes 10 - 15 days once they receive confirmation from China. I'm now on 11 days after receiving confirmation from China and their tracking link gives a 404 page error. Bunch on scammers!!”

“Cannot believe them. I ordered on the 1st March and paid via debit card. Went to my profile said I didn't make a purchase. I immediately emailed. They asked me for EFT proof, I said it was a bank payment via the portal. They never responded back. I emailed numerous times after and the same answer. We have escalated your query to finance dept. They have my money they don't need the finance dept. They need to tell me when I will get my order. I will never buy from them again. Sometimes cheaper is not the better. Learnt my lesson.”
“This is the worst online store that i have ever dealt with. Product lasted a week after purchasing and told me the product is used and can't assist. Off cause the product was used. They take forever to reply to your mail and take forever to pick up the product. then you have to ask them on feedback as they won't come back to you. The worst service ever received. I have ordered Rearview Cameras (Selling price:R2670) on 28/12/2022. After numerous E mails, i did received reaview cameras on 18/01/2023.
The product delivered was not the same what i have ordered. When investigated, i found the product they delivered to me was rearview cameras Snatcher advertise for a R1600 . More then a R1000 cheaper that i have paid!!
Again after numerous E mails the Courier Guy collected the cameras on 7/2/2023. The Cameras was delivered the same day to Snatcher. When inquiring about my refund on 20/2/2023, they said they still not received the cameras back. I do have proof who received the package at Snatcher. Again E mails followed and still no refund - 2 months since my money was EFT to them.
I think you will not find a more incompetent bunch of fools in any company....”
“I placed an order 15 Jan 2023. After a few week, having not received my order, I emailed them only to discover that they no longer stock the item. I then requested a refund!!! To date, no response!!! I forwarded my banking details twice...NO RESPONSE AS TO WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY REFUND!!!! MAYBE HELLO PETER WILL ME ABLE TO HELP GET MY MONEY BACK!!!”
“I ordered a foot brace, once received it did not fit, the straps that were for securing the brave were way to short and I returned the product expecting a refund, since it was returned in November 2022 I have not received my refund or any think to confirm they received my detail not a professional company to deal with at all still waiting and it’s end of February”
