Sorry we haven't gotten to this review sooner! Marvin is one of the best customer service representatives I have had the opportunity to encounter in several years. This is another positive reason for us to use and recommend Snow Joe. We have a number of your products (my favorite - the cultivator)which I have used several times over the past 3 to 4 years. I clean it good after every use just like I do with everything. I could send it back to you so you could re-sell it as a new one. But, your not getting your hands on this one again. Can't wait to get the lawn mower replaced. It's being missed. Keep up the great work with your product line please. Thank You!

This is at least the 3rd or 4th time you asked for a review! If you had been this concerned before, it wouldn't have taken me over a year to get a refund! Which I haven't even received yet! Fe was great!

My Sun Joe Pressure Washer broke. Doggone it! I called and spoke to Deovina Mimatsu. She was so professional and immediately assured me that I had an extended 3 year Warranty, which was so fabulous. She emailed me the prepaid UPS return label and I printed it out. She was so gracious. I got everything ready to mail in and I couldn't get the 'wand' apart. I mean, we, neighbors, etc., could not get it apart. I called you all again and spoke to Greg. He was so nice, too, as was Vina. We both checked to see if there was any way it would come apart. No way! ! I took everything to UPS to be mailed. They could not get the wand apart either. So, I had to buy another box for $16.00 so that everything would fit in one box. Anyway, all will be good when I get the replacement. Thank you for all. I love my Snow Joe Jaw-Saw so much. Because of my use of the saw many of my friends have purchased one, too. I use the pressure washer to do the small jobs that I have. My Patio furniture, my arbor, etc. it's fabulous to have. It's nice and handy. Thenk you.
