“Warranty replacement was very quick. Postage paid label, but had to pay for the packing/shipping box. Who keeps the original box after two years. Company representative was very helpful and polite.”

“I received excellent support service when. I called about my new power washer that had bent prongs on the power cord. I promptly received a return shipping label in email. I received a brand new power washer in 3 days. I would definitely recommend SunJoe to anyone as they stand behind their product!”
