Our mower wasn't working after only having it a few short months. After troubleshooting over the phone and with the failure to get mower to operate, he was advised that it would be replaced. We were very pleased with customer service and your company.

I can't imagine an easier and faster resolution to my warranty claim! I received the replacement unit in a total of 4 days, with no fuss or problems of any kind. All my friends already know how it went, and it is very reassuring to know that problems are so easily solved with SunJoe. Not at all like my experience with some other manufacturers. As you can see, I'm a very, very happy camper!

Great customer service. Item is under warranty. The unit burned up. Warranty kicked in. Contacted Snow Joe and they had a new unit sent out in a couple of days. Outstandinq!
