“Wow, your service is second to none! I sent an email the my power-washer was not working after taking it out of storage. They tried to troubleshoot. And when that didn't work, they immediately suggested they send me a new one free of charge and free shipping. They even paid for shipping of the defective item. And, since they didn't have an exact replacement, they sent me an upgraded one. This is just awesome service. They certainly stand by their products!”

“I was recently very upset when my 27 month old cordless lawnmower stopped working. After going through troubleshooting protocols to no avail, I called son Joe, and was reassured that I would receive a replacement. Not only did I receive a replacement within four days, but it was an upgraded model since the model I had previously purchased was no longer available. This was without cost to me! I have several snow, Joe products, and will continue to buy from them. I cannot say enough good about snow, Joe. They went above and beyond for me.”
