I want to thank Marvin (Contractor) for the wonderful Customer Service that he provided me regarding my defective pressure washer, Model #SPX3001! He was so courteous and helpful in replacing my pressure washer! My only issue was not with him, but your company policy! I no longer had the box for my old unit and hoped I could be sent the replacement unit so I could use that box to return the defective one! I had even said to charge me again for the new one and then provide a refund when you got the defective one back! Instead, it cost me $44 to have UPS box it for me! It was also very difficult for me to lift the pressure washer in my car because I am 73 years old, whereas, if I had the box from the new unit, I could have had UPS pick it up from my house! But Marvin was a great representative for your company, it's just your policy needs to change. Thank you, Evelina Corvin

Had an issue with a few hoses I had purchased last season- unfortunately the hoses have developed holes and are leaking. Reached out to customer service and Beverly got back to me via email right away. Luckily the hoses were covered by a warranty and Beverly sent out replacement asap. I will say that the hoses could use some 'tweaking' but great customer service.

I had a great experience. My customer service representative was very knowledgeable and helped set up my warranty, as it was a gift , and I wasn't sure if the warranty should be registered with me or my daughter in law who purchased it for me. I appreciated the help.

I had a leaking issue with the Aquajoe 25 ft hose and Nonalyn took care of my problem promptly. I had a new hose delivered to my home in 3 days.

I had a warranty issue with a product and they accepted the report and issued a replacement product at no cost. This is exactly why I bought the product in the first place. Not to mention the product has been great since I bought it in the first place.

I unfortunately had a hose that was defective but your customer service representative Marvin was extremely helpful in getting me a replacement hose on order before we even finished with my my phone call . He did a get job and I appreciate that your company stood behind the warranty for their product. I jus wanted to let you know that you should present the flex hose as a great gift for us older people who have problems using vinyl hoses that are heavy and clumsy. He said that there was no need to send back the hose. So as a old handyman I thought that the leak was caused by a bad crimp. I cut the hose were the leak was actually coming from and cut the hose only to find that that the interior rubber membrane of the hose had a slice in it . It didn't look like it wasn't torn apart because of a weak area but looked as it was a slice from a razor blade. The outer casing had No visible sings of damage . Well Thanks Again ! Bill Alger .

The machine leaked. I was still under Warranty and they replaced it without any problem. They sent me an upgraded version because they didn’t have the older model anymore. Now that’s professional cooperation and understanding. Thank you to the Snow Joe Sun Joe team.
