I was supposed to take delivery of my bath on the 7th Dec but was never informed that the bath was not coming until I phoned after several attempts to get through as it was constantly engaged. I have been told I will get the bath on the 11th Dec and that my delivery charges will be returned to my bank account. I asked for a confirmation email about the new arrangements but still have not received this either. All went well with placing my order but until I have the bath I cannot comment further

It Didn't. No notification of dispatch. I had to chase, no response. Goods just turned up. Goods OK, poor communication.

The items I bought were good but the customer service needs a lot of improvement. I spent 45mins waiting for my call to be answered. Extremely unhelpful refund/exchange service. I was expected to find my own courier to return a bath tub! (exchanges are not offered). I was not able to find one. Very poor delivery service. They did not contact us with a time slot and instead left all of our items on the pavement. Was not able to make a complaint to the company as this is not offered on the website. Honestly, due to poor customer service, I would not recommend.

You did not make me happy, you caused me great sadness, distress, annoyance and prolonged a job by four days, which should of originally been a week long.

Item arrived a few days before the black friday sale. Phoned customer services to see if they would refund the £50 difference seeing as I was still within the returns period. Was told that I would have to send mine back, at my own cost, and order another to receive the discount. Disappointing customer service when I've known other companies carry out a paperwork exercise to give the customer the discount.

I originally ordered online with a confirmed delivery date which was not honoured. The tracking facility gave very limited information. My e-mail to the carrier’s help facility was not answered. I chased this the next day and was told the radiator had been damaged in transit and returned. Soak proposed to send it to arrive 3 days after the date initially agreed. As the plumber was already booked I opted to collect from Nuneaton: a two hour round trip. Despite this the carrier attempted to deliver another radiator 6 days after the initially agreed date. The outer packaging was damaged. I did not accept this delivery and cannot comment on whether the radiator was damaged. I think it is very unlikely that I would order from this firm other than by their click and collect facility.

Waited 8 days for delivery, still didn’t arrive, called company item had still not been dispatched.They made up for it,by spending the items on 24 hour delivery

Ordered on 6th arrived 17th. Was posted on 15th - very, very slow delivery - put my project on hold. This kind of very slow dispatch is totally unacceptable in today's very competitive market.

I have not received the 15mm angle valves (with the towel rail) even though I paid for these, thus, I am really disappointed. Please ensure these valves are processed asap (I spoke with a customer adviser today (15NOV2017) therefore I hope these are ordered for next day delivery....

We have not yet opened our boxed radiators. The whole experience with you could and should have been much better: 1) Next day delivery turned out to be unavailable for our area; 2) Advised that delivery would be the following Wednesday (our van delivers to your area on Wednesdays) Our local merchant could deliver on Tuesday, but for much higher price. 3) Ordered second radiator (delivery charge deleted...) 4) Wednesday arrived and no radiators. Advised delivery would be the following Wednesday Tuesday. 5) Cancelled plumber for following day! 6) On Tuesday only one radiator arrived. Was advised that original one had been placed on hold... 7) Cancelled plumber again! 8) Radiator arrived on Thursday as stated on Tuesday. 9) No idea what they look like, or their condition as waiting for the plumber to advise when he's free! "Could do better" comes to mind.

Soak haven't made me happy as I placed 2 orders & had to ring twice to see where they were. I was compensated for 1st order though so was impressed the way they handled it.
