“Took double payments when made my order!! Took 2 weeks to be refunded even tho this was the fault of soak, which made me overdrawn for 2 weeks. Never received a manager 24hr call back on more then one occasion when said they would call me back. Shocking customer aftercare”

“Very disappointed. One of the items ordered was out of stock and delivery date was moved back 3 times so I had to cancel it and get it elsewhere. I arranged a delivery day 3 weeks in advance arranging for my husband to take a days holiday as Soak do not deliver at weekends. 30 mins before delivery slot I was called to say could not deliver on that day . On calling delivery company I was told the items were forgotten when loading van . Found that difficult to believe as we had 21 items cost £2k . When I was told they could deliver it following week they could not Guarantee a delivery slot so husband had to take another days hols ! Really need to get a company to deliver at weekends . Would never order from them again”

“Terrible customer service, the delivery company broke part of our toilet and it took over a week to get a replacement even though I was told it would be next day. I had to make lots of phone calls to chase them, getting ever more frustrated, they never gave me answers over the phone only emails a day later that asked me for information which I had already given and then when I replied to these I got an automated response saying they would get back to me in 48 hours. Never got an apology either.”

“Good price, products seem good quality, Terrible customer service though. The delivery company smashed part of our toilet in the depot and told us a new part would be delivered the next day. Nothing arrived. After numerous phone calls, people on the phone telling me it would be sorted only to then get an email reply back the next day asking for details I had already given or photo evidence of the broken toilet I never saw, poor communication between departments, and another weeks wait, my new toilet part eventually arrived. No apology from the company at any point, very disappointed,”
