“The company wrote back to me immediately with an issue with logging in to my account for the first time and fixed it right away. They didn't answer my question about a particular arrhythmia, but that is best answered by my doctor anyway, so it is just as well.”

“No direct contact, as yet, with SonoHealth. The monitor and instructions are clear and straight forward. In my product review, I did mention a software upgrade to adjust personal heart rate in my own profile. Please read my feedback.....”

“I like the EKGraph Portable EKG Monitor I purchased through Amazon. I initially tried a less expensive alternative from a different manufacturer but returned it because it required I use a computer with the latest operating system to download my data. It would have been easier to choose the SonoHeath if it was less expensive to begin with. I look forward to the manufacturer upgrading the software to enable the user to enter their minimum acceptable resting heart rate range so people like me are not frequently warned of possible bradycardia due to a resting heart rate of less than 60 (I'm athletic and take a prescribed beta blocker).”

“Said that it detects PVCs it does not detect my PVC's at all whether I have one or two or am in bigeminy. That's why I needed it, so it doesn't work for me at all.”

“I purchased a simple one lead hand held EKG and am not only impressed with the product but also the company and their customer service. The set up of the device was so simple and straight forward. SonoHealth has been great to work with, but honestly I haven’t needed much customer service because the product has been so great and easy to use.”

“Very happy with how easy the EKGraph is to use! Super clear and simple instructions and you're up and running. My Dr was impressed when I printed out my scans and showed him the app. A much needed tool for me to help manage my hear health!”

“I was really surprised at how proactive this company is. After I purchased their EKG machine, the sent emails to me asking if I had any questions. I did (I wanted to ask about P-waves in atrial fibrillation.) They responded immediately and appropriately. It is very clear that customer satisfaction is a very high priority with Sonos. I wish all businesses were like this!”

“Love that it's portable and that I can sync to my phone and provide results to my Dr. I continue to try, but find it difficult to find my pulse on my wrist, leg or chest. I wish the hard case was included in the price.s”
