“Product was cute. Communication from establishment was terrible. I tried to cancel the order because it was a "pre-order" item and was not showing it would even ship before the date I needed it. Crickets from the company. Still have not received any correspondence and I cannot return the item now. Was it my fault that I did not pay enough attention to the fact the item was a "pre-order", yes. Should I at least get a response from someone after trying to reach out, yes. Have I received correspondence, no. But have they sent me advertisements daily, yes. Annoyed.”

“The shirt was nice that I ordered. I’m not impressed with the customer service though. I ordered an item that was NOT labeled as preorder. I waited two full weeks to reach out and suddenly this item had a big old sticker across the image that said “pre-order.” I wouldn’t have ordered it if that was the case. It’s also odd that they can’t provide a date for the pre-ordered items just “sometime in December.” It’s kind of a bummer because their clothing is cute but I know I’m not the only customer that’s had really horrible shipping times or issues.”

The first time I asked about how long it would be until my order shipped was good, but I also contacted them after I received my dress because it is damaged and I wanted them to know and I have yet to hear anything back since Tuesday, except for this review survey.”

“The clothing line is cute and things are made well but if you have a problem the customer service lacks tremendously. For the price of the items I would just expect to be able to get things resolved in a better manner than they offer. They make it look like there is a live chat but that just takes you to an email and I have yet to find a number to actually talk to someone.”
